All The sushi has Ginger rolled into it but no mention of it anywhere on the displays and no mention of it when ordering.
I was told when I called up that well that’s how we have always done it and people “just know”
I was offered to go back and have the rolls re rolled, but unfortunately that’s not very helpful when we have already left the area.
The extra star is because they they were happy enough to roll a custom California roll for me because I mentioned my son wouldn’t eat it otherwise - same for the ginger if I had been told

A MUST GO!!! Super friendly staff & restaurant quality sushi make this a Yamba highlight for us. They didn’t have any tuna and cucumber for the kids so they made it to order with a smile. The salmon poke was delicious! I can’t recommend it enough!

This place is awesome! The staff are so friendly and the poke bowl was amazing... fresh veggies and melt-in-your-mouth fish. The complimentary coconut green tea was a nice touch. I only wish I lived closer so I could come back more often. Thanks guys 🙂

Amazing Poke bowl, amazing and

Not a huge range of sushi, and it looked a bit messy, but you could really tell that they had put some love into it.
Sushi came with a complimentary tea.
There were quite large portions as well, which is always excellent!
If I lived closer, I'd come back more often!

Well, it’s neither Hawaiian nor Japanese! Food was some hybrid of Mexican burrito, Japanese inspiration and Australian soft rice. Sturdy food that’s pretty good and certainly filling, just not sushi.
As increasingly the case in Australia this year, owners deny all knowledge of specials posted on their website. “ Oh, that’s the OLD website”

The best sushi I ever had. Try the crumbed chicken with Avocado, so yummy. our kids loved every bit of it too. The service is a 10 star. We went in and wanted a particular sushi on the menu which had finished. The lady said I am happy to make more for you. We waited for few mins and Bam, sushi ready! Such kind gesture can not be forgotten.

Worst food ever!!!! Came here because of the reviews so I’m guessing none of these people have ever had real good quality sushi before these weren’t even half decent i would deffs give 0 stars if I could poke bowls were disgusting rotten salad and chewy disgusting salmon sushi rolls had so much rice was so dry also had ginger in it that turned brown and spring onion some rolls had cabbage definitely not sushi vegetables in sushi bowls and rolls were brown and some parts rotten please change the store name what a disgrace to call this Hawaiian poke or sushi for that matter
