We hired the holiday house and it was perfect. We had a family reunion in Iluka and the Anchorage was perfect. The undercover bbq area near the pool was perfect for everyone to catch up. The pool and spa was clean with my kids in it every day (even if it was raining). |The house was clean and spacious. Comfy beds, fans in every room. |Staff were super friendly and helpful too! Ideal location for fishing across the road too.

We were initially only going to stay for 3 nights as our first stop on our big adventure around Australia. Unfortunately, a family death meant we had to pause our travels and return to home base so we asked to extend our stay for almost another week. Our site had been booked for another person but the lovely staff member negotiated with them and they were happy to move to a different site so we didn't have to pack up and move. |Sites are nice and level, and if you are lucky you can drive through. Very quiet location. Pool was nice although only 1 metre deep and the spa was too hot for my liking. |Good location for exploring the Clarence Valley area. Would stay again.

I booked a powered slab site. The site was great, with a slab for the annex and a smaller slab for caravan wheels, making it very easy to level the van. The amenities and location are great if you are looking for a quiet place out of town, but close enough for a stroll or bike ride into town. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing I would suggest is that you take something for the mosquitoes and midges of the night.

Stayed on powered site . Good size caravan sites. Lovely park. Good amenties. Nice pool and spa . Handy to down town where there are nice shops , cafe and bakery. Catch the ferry to Yamba , spend time shopping or eating and then back on ferry to caravan park or pub. Alittle quiter here as 5 mins from down town. So if getting away for quiet time this is the place to be.

Great little park, very clean facilities and very affordable prices with nice and friendly staff. Will be back as the weather was a little wet at the end of our stay. Nice town to visit, had lunch at the very affordable fish co-op which was delicious. Great bakery in town with very tasty and delicious bread rolls. IGA with great friendly staff.

I was quietly surprised on how lovely the cabin was very clean and comfortable and the bed lovely. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly and the location of Iluka speaks for itself and as I'm from Mooloolaba Sunshine Coast which is lovely all though a bit hectic these days so I wanted to get away from the rat race which I did. No one going faster than 50km no industrial noise just the sound of birds and surf and maybe 2 sets of traffic lights in total. There is enough shops for what you need and the pub is great with awesome meals. I've been to Iluka a few times many years ago but it's still just the way I remembered peaceful beautiful and the climate is close to the best in the world 12 months a year so I will be back to stay at the Anchorage.Thanks for a very enjoyable stay.

Super friendly staff. Our cabin was a little outdated but nice and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Kids loved the pool, it's only 1m deep throughout which was perfect for our little ones. Great location, loved watching the sun set over the water.

Very friendly & welcoming staff. Amenities were very clean and well maintained. The park is in a nice quiet location by the river and easy access to town & all points of interest. Van spaces are level & easy to negotiate. We'll definitely be back
