Just writing this to warn off anyone considering staying here with their pet. Most miserable hell hole on planet earth. As soon as I got in I was greeted by 3 or more different kinds of ants munching their way through bathroom grout, walls, & floors, leaving piles of debris in their wake. A leaking faucet that I could only shut down from a stream of water to a noisy drip. Warning signs everywhere re your responsibilities. A roof ticking as it expands in the relentless heat. No trees (they would cause work: leaves & roots) so instead your views are: lots of cracked concrete; weathered fencing behind which still clearly in view the toilet blocks and the laundry on the hills hoist lines. Just what you were after, yes? There is indeed a river, well out of your view, and also out of reach: rushing about 3 meters below the bank. You can get a bit closer by accessing rickety looking jetties (of course with warning signs gallore). I had paid one night when booking for 3 nights and stupidly settled the bill before even seeing the cabin (tin shed/shack more like). I immediately rang the girl at reception to cancel the remaining 2 nights and transfer my money back please. No problem she said. Next day when leaving I checked with reception that the money had been returned into my account. It was now a morose bloke in a coffee van- he said it wouldn't be transferred back unless I cancelled within 2 hours of arrival. I said I had done that (their phone records would indicate this). Never saw it back though. They just took it. They probably need it as this place is obviously going belly up soon. It has nothing going at all going for it. It is also in the absolute middle of nowhere. There are not even paths going anywhere beyond the site where you can walk your dog. The pits.

A terrific smaller caravan park located on the Clarence River with a very relaxing atmosphere. Park amenities are older but meticulously clean. The park staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating of our needs. A special thank you to Sarah for sorting out our last minute booking change request. We will definitely be staying here again in the future and can highly recommend this park.

We stayed at a powered site for the motorhome with 2 dogs. Right on the Clarence river with perfect water views. This place is a dream! Main town and beaches about 7 mins in town. We really loved it here. Will be back.

Awesome caravan park on the river. Just a few minutes from Yamba. The staff are friendly and there is even a coffee van open from 9am. The amenities, while a little old, are spotlessly clean. You can fish from the pontoon and a couple of jetties. However, in NSW, apparently, you need a fishing licence. The sites are a good size with plenty of room for the car and car. As you enter the park there are also a few brand new looking cabins. All looking at the water. We would definitely return if our travels bring us this way again.
