Love this place! First time staying here and we love it ❤️ We had to check in after hours and the lady on the after hours line was so lovely. The townhouse is clean and comfortable. With an amazing view. Haven't left yet and can't wait to come back!

We stayed here for 2 nights and unfortunately for what we paid, we expected more. While the rooms looked clean there was still a lot of dust and areas that hadn't been wiped down properly, especially the fans which had a thick layer of dust on them.
The remote to the garage we had huge issues with and the remote would only work some of the time, to the point we ended up just parking in the visitor parking.
There was also a lack of towels in our apartment, luckily only 2 of us were staying there, but there should have been 4 towels as it was a 2 bedroom apartment.
The beds and pillows were not very comfortable (in our opinion anyway) and neither of us had a great nights sleep the 2 nights we stayed.
The decor is quite outdated and could definitely do with a revamp, and can I suggest putting an information book in the rooms for tourists?
A couple of perks were the air conditioning and the fact that the TV had Foxtel. We didn't use any of the facilities like the pool or tennis court as we weren't there long enough.
I wouldn't say the stay was fantastic but it was ok.

The Sands at Yamba is a great resort, positioned next to the beautiful beach, complete with great pool and spa amenities as well as a tennis court. The rooms are also modern and clean, and well furnished. The only downsides were the WiFi reliability in our room, and the lack of air conditioning. Besides these minor issues I can’t recommend The Sands enough.

Great location and some units have wonderful views of the beach. Walk across the street and you are on Pippis Beach.
For the price, better equipped apartments would be appreciated but understand that losses occur due to inconsiderate tennants.

Lovely ocean views. Resort a bit outdated for the price, no daily room cleaning unfortunately. Has washing machine which is good.
