I have tried many gelato spots in Sydney, and while this one is decent, there’s room for improvement. The texture is quite close to authentic gelato, but it could be smoother and creamier. The flavors are on the mild side, and I found some to be a bit icy rather than rich and velvety. It’s not bad, but refining the texture and intensifying the flavors would make it even better. Still, a good option for a sweet treat!

We had the molten lava cake 🍫and it was delicious and definitely satisfied my craving for lava ☄️ cake 🎂. Comes with like a cool syringe 💉 and u squeeze the chocolate 🍫 inside the cake.
You can also choose whatever ice cream or gelato 🍧 and we chose the boysenberry gelato 🍨 and it was very good like just practically berry🍒🍓🫐ice cream but went well with the lava cake.

Overall good place, looks like they got other cool stuff so idk check it out if ur in the area 👍😁

I absolutely love the gelato here, got it about a year ago. This time I came and got the self serve açai/frozen yogurt and tried all their flavours - mango and apple. Delicious and fresh. Great sauces. Could be some more flavour variety and more toppings though. Wonderful staff.

I would come again since this is a local place, however you’re better off going to a bigger brand for frozen yogurt. This is more of an ice cream place.

Great potential to be a really awesome place to bring the family or gather with friends but when you have to send your $14 thickshake back cause it’s a milkshake makes you wonder..
one other family in store and the bin was overflowing..
don’t seem to quite have a handle on the place.. shame really. A yummy idea

Great choices of favors; soft, rich, and love the added chocolate fudge to make it perfect.

We were passing by from Blue Mojntain to Hunter Valley, and caught into heavy traffic jam; the shop gave a moment of fresh air and refreshment before continuing the journey.

Today I came to get Açai for my kid. But staff was not greeting not friendly. I tried to read how to order by myself from the machine. When I asked, she answered and walk away trying to to make busy but no customer. Do not complain about food, it’s C9 quality but your staff made our family upset. If not my child want to eat, I will walk away. For the owner, I just want you know. I am fan of C9, and never feel like this before with other branches. Tell your staff greetings, keeping smile, giving advice for new customers. ( other branches no açai)

Great Gelato bar nestled among the quaint shops of Wahroonga. There is a great selection of home-made Ice creams and sourbets.

There is limited client seating both within and outside the shop. Friendly efficient service.
