I love the precinct. It’s the perfect place to meet up with a friend as there is lots of parking, the food and staff are great and the verandah is lovely. I also buy their chocolates as gifts, the chocolate is excellent and supporting a small business is an added bonus. Once you try their chocolate you can never eat any other. This is a lovely stop in your day with friendly staff, great food and quiet spot to enjoy it in. Highly recommend.

I have been coming here everyday for the last few years. Linda and Sam are always friendly and welcoming and a joy to chat to each day. They make great coffee, which is served with a little chocolate!! Highly recommend!

I have been meeting with a group of friends every Thursday morning at Sam & Linda’s Precinct cafe for the past 3 years and we love it! From day one Sam has treated us like royalty, great table service, a welcoming happy vibe, great coffee (always with a chocolate treat), excellent breakky wraps, bacon & egg rolls, ham & cheese croissants etc. Definitely a highlight of our week.

Unique cafe in Warriewood. Super friendly staff, generous food portions,. It’s great to relax on the front deck while having a coffee and dare I say it…a few hand made chocolates which are made on site. A little local gem!
