I booked this hotel because it seemed to have nice reviews and from pictures looked quite nice.

On arrival, the staff was super helpful and friendly. Big credit to hotel management.

The room was quite disappointing due to moist and moldy smell. The bathroom wall paint is completely falling of the walls and shower floor is covered in mould.

I see that Nightcap staff replied 6 months ago that they fixed the bathroom, however it seems that the paint is falling off again.

Addionally, the possibility to leave feedback on booking.com seems to be removed also.

We didn’t expect much given the price point, but we also didn’t expect paint to be peeling off the walls lol. There was also someone smoking weed in the room next to us which was coming through super strong the vents in the bathroom…and given we have a toddler and I’m pregnant it was kinda frustrating….you’d assume no smoking in the rooms is a given these days. I will say this tho, the location is convenient with the train station across the road, the beds are super soft, and the staff were friendly.

At its heart, this is a typical small town pub. Not at all a bad thing. The location is great, right next to the train station.
The accommodation is excellent, especially for the price. I had a quiet large room with a super comfy bed and well appointed bathroom. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The food from the hotel bistro was tasty, which I enjoyed with my complimentary drink. All in all, a good value option for those visiting Sydney, particularly those visiting Sydney Olympic Park. I would definitely stay again.

It’s a good place and recommended to stay even not that far away to cbd, I’m just didn’t get the wifi room services and also very slow. But overall it’s good.

Rooms are clean , lighting are good. We got a welcome drinks in the pub ,thank you. There is a cafe in the pub which serves delicious food with affordable price. Liem the staff has excellent services. Keep it up team .It just 5 min walk to Regent park train station and 2 min Walk to the local bus stations.

I recently visited this pub and was impressed with the level of service I received. The staff were polite and professional, and made sure that all of our needs were met. They were also very accommodating when we asked for assistance with our luggages, and even gave us tips on how to get around the area! The management team were also very warm and friendly. Will definitely consider staying there again on my next Sydney visit.

It's very close to the train station and the price with the discount is reasonable , but the shops around close early . The hotel itself is not open until ? because I checked out at 9am the next morning. No staff in the hotel , I was told on the phone to drop the room keys in the box and leave at the backyard exit.
