Amazing! Honestly, this is the best massage shop I have ever been to in Chatswood! I hate the cold but this shop is so WARM with air-conditioner and heated electric blanket!! Beautiful environment, friendly staff, quality service and preferential price! They are using 100% Aussie organic oil and even the hand wash is from Aesop, the toilet is smart from Toto!! I had free hot tea and refreshment as well. Beautiful experience and will definitely come back 🙂

Great experience - well done and thank you Sheela Spa! Great minimalistic yet fresh and cosy interior design. Head spa service was amazing - an hour of paradise, done professionally and with great care. Cleanness level is 5 out of 5. Very polite and professional service.

Poor receiptionist! I have paid for the service, but reluctant to give the receipt/invoice. So rediculous! Keep saying very busy, I dont know why they cannot straight away provide the invoice!And make you wait. And she busy with some other stuff!

I was so happy to be here and and tried their aromatherapy massage! The therapist has a professional skill and the oil is 100% Aussie organic grape seed oil which is so moisturising but not oily at all. The room temperature was so comfortable and they even have electrinic blanket! Wonderful experience and highly recommend!

went their for a head spa. The receptionist initially took me to a massage room saying to lie down - then I told her I’m here for a head spa. She said that oh she didn’t even check what I booked in for. Then a very old and sweet lady did my head spa - it wasn’t anything like what I expected. She just kept combing my hair with some Chinese herbal tea, no deep scalp massage like the usual ones I get. It was just scraping my head which wasn’t relaxing. When I told her I wanted more softer and relaxing massage, she tried to give me one but it wasn’t good.

Walked into the shop and was greeted by a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The ambience was soothing, which made me look forward to the massage even more, Very attentive and thorough with my needs. Best massage I've ever had. I've had lots of back pain and discomfort for over a month, and she fixed me right up. After it was over, I was offered some hot tea, which is a nice little send off to the whole experience. Will definitely be my regular place now.

Excellent service, professional treatments! This spa has everything…. Love the massage and foot massage. It’s definitely one of the best that I have experienced in Sydney. I usually spend couple of hours on Sheela Spa. I brought my husband and my mum. They all loved it. It’s quite spacious. Good for couple of few friends. Strongly recommended!

Best head spa ever. I had a head spa at Sheela yesterday afternoon; I relaxed through the entire session; the water massaged my head and gave me a different relaxation, totally different massage experience. Some Chinese Herbal Medicine nourishes and cleans the scalp and improves blood circulation in the scalp. Also, the staff helped to dry my hair, and the service was stunning. I definitely will come back in the future.
