Great experience doing the Rejuvenate package here! They know what they’re doing and it was a really relaxing time.

Very quiet inside the rooms, you definitely don’t hear anyone else. Booked for three of us, two of us got put in one room and the third person in another.

I request a full refund as compensation for my current dermatitis. For the first time, I had a visit to Endota Spa at Martin Place on the 2nd of April at 1:45 pm. It was a 60 minute long Customised Facial by Vanessa. Before the facial, she monitored my skin condition with a screen, and she pointed out where my oil zones are. After the treatment, she mentioned she applied a lot of good products on my skin and my skin looks glowing. There was no explanation what product she would apply during the treatment. She only repeated that I have a very good skin.

On the 3rd of April, I started to have a rash and felt irritable and itchy around my neck and on the 4th, it got worse and feeling hot. On the 5th, my GP who specializes in dermatology confirmed it's a facial treatment. I was asked to apply Advantan Methylprednisolone Aceponate 1mg/g fatty for a week.

This is an utterly frustrating experience not only because you have to cope with ongoing itchy skin, but also you have to carry a 2 year old toddler around your neck.

Therapist Molly was very good and provided a calming atmosphere. She efficiently provided the various treatments within the allotted time. Clinic was reasonably clean. The price point/service offering is not really at the premium end of the market-Ok for a routine refresh rather than a luxe pamper session. The receptionist could be more friendly/engaging.

Had a 90min massage and facial with Karla. Massage was firm whilst relaxing, and the facial came with a lovely scalp massage and foot massage too. I dozed off a few times. It was that good! There were many mixed reviews so I was hesitant to book but I’m glad I did and would visit this spa again.

I had a 60 min custom facial with Molly on a Sunday afternoon. It was the most relaxed I have ever felt in my life. It was absolutely glorious. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out, I was treated with such delicacy and care, with multiple cups of tea! The treatment itself was just incredible from start to finish. Molly’s movements were never rushed, always slow and methodical, meaning I felt unbelievably relaxed and in such safe hands. A scalp and foot massage were part of the hour package, which I didn’t know when I booked it and was the BEST surprise. My whole body was floating on a cloud the whole way home and my face felt SO fresh and hydrated. 1000% recommend.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming, and Dorine’s professionalism and skill made the whole experience unforgettable. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and the facial left my skin glowing and refreshed. I felt so well cared for throughout. Highly recommend asking for Dorine if you visit—she’s amazing!
