I cannot recommend Somerset Medical Spa in Narellan enough for the amazing service, quality treatment and overall atmosphere of the day spa. Love visiting regularly for my laser facial and body treatments. Helen is highly experienced and knowledgeable on all things laser while Brianna is always taking care of my wife’s skin and beauty needs.

I am very impressed with the new Candela laser machine they have as it was a pain free treatment on my beard and neck which has been very painful in the past elsewhere. I now no longer need to shave my beard line as it is constantly neat.

Thank you Somerset Medical Spa, you are a great asset to the local community.

I recently visited Somerset Medical Spa
For Laser Hair Removal and a laser facial. I found the parking to be excellent and the team to be warm and welcoming. The clinic is very professional and pretty inside the entire aesthetic is pleasing from when you walk in the door to when you leave and the vibe is calm and relaxed.

I experienced Pain free laser for the first time which I found refreshing as other clinics in the area burnt me previously and my past experiences elsewhere were extremely painful with laser hair removal.

The laser facial is not offered anywhere else I have come across and I found it makes my face look and feel refreshed and vibrant for at least 2 weeks after and the hydrojelly after was a welcome experience as it is calm and cooling on the face after the laser.

Overall this is only good Narellan Day Spa and
i cannot recommend the place enough. Well worth the price which is actually cheaper then everywhere else so I can’t fault my experiences with Somerset so far & will definitely return regularly.

These guys are the best in town. Their attention to detail and knowledge is incredible. I was explained everything at each step which made me very comfortable as this is my first time getting laser hair removal. Brendan is fantastic and I highly recommend him for laser hair removal. The staff are all friendly too. Brianna is the nicest and a really smart girl that greets you everytime as soon as you step in through the door. Amazing products and the latest hair removal machine as well. What else would anyone else ask for. Just fantastic ?

I have visited this clinic Somerset medical spa yesterday and I had the best experience ever. The staff was very helpful , friendly and experienced.I. I had Laser skin tightening facial with hydro jelly mask done And I feel this morning my face already looks and feels much better. Definitely I will be telling all my friends about my experience and definitely I will be going back for more facials. Also I purchased some skin products which they’re pretty good.

I feel very spoilt when I go to Somerset Medical Spa. Helen and Brianna greet me with such a warm smile the minute I walk in and I immediately start to feel relaxed. I had never had my brows and lashes tinted before and always wanted to so decided to give it a go and they did an amazing job and I have had great compliments since about how long my lashes are. I also had a body polish and facial and my skin became so nice and soft but best of all I was very relaxed and ready to tackle a busy week.

I had a Body Polish at Somerset Medical Spa, which was amazing. I don't know how the sugar scrub can be stimulating, invigorating, and relaxing all at the same time but I am impressed. My skin smells so good and feels so smooth, and it helped with my Keratosis Pilaris on my upper arms. I also got a Spray Tan after my exfoliation which, for someone who is so pale, I love having that sun kissed look and I feel holiday ready! Didn't come out blotchy after I washed the tan off and the vibe of the whole spa was so calming.

Could not recommend it enough!! Wow! After looking for a relaxing day spa at Narellan I was blessed to come across this absolute gem! Somerset Medical Spa was by far the most professional and relaxing environment I found after trying numerous locations. I received a laser facial and would definitely go back, by far the best service I ever received. Definitely a 5/5

My experience at Somerset was absolutely wonderful.
The staff were very welcoming and warm when I arrived. They explained in detail the different services they offer and showed genuine interest in what I wanted for my body, and they recommended options for me.
The laser process was fantastic and Helen was so gentle throughout, always communicating to ensure I was having a comfortable experience.
I highly recommend the services offered here!
