Fabulous! ||Stayed for 4 nights at the end of February for a concert at Engie Stadium.||The suite was spotlessly clean. ||All amenities are provided, including a washer, dryer and microwave. Lovely views from the balcony over Parramatta River. The staff at the check in are so professional and welcoming. ||It is within a very short walking distance to some amazing cafes and restaurants. ||I would highly recommend!

The room was very nice. We had the 2 bedroom luxury suite which had 2 beds in each bedroom which is great for 4 adults. Nice kitchen with everything you would need plus a washer and dryer in a very small laundry room. The balcony was a nice addition. It’s handy to all the restaurants on Church street plus only a 500 metre walk to a large Westfields mall and the Parramatta train station. Right now it is difficult to get to as you have to enter via a side street and an alley due to construction. It has two nice pools, both heated. One outside and one inside plus a gym. Do be careful if you pay with a debit card that they don’t slug you for a 1.66% service fee which should only be charged for credit cards. When we checked in we were charged his fee even though debit was selected on the machine. It took talking to 3 people before the fee was refunded which made the check in a bit unnecessarily stressful but the duty Manager was polite.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

blood stained sheets, hair on sheets. Stained and damaged blinds and dust everywhere.

moved to a different room after telling the front desk and there were stains on bed sheet and curtains, but it wasn’t much better, still had a stain on the sheet but was just tired at this point. There was hair too on the bed not sure where from - hope they are changing in between customers. Front desk were really nice and apologetic though, appreciated that.

This location seems to draw the wrong crowd
Better off staying at the George street location.

Great location near lots of restaurants. Westfield 5 min walk. Train station 5 min walk. Rooms had a full living area and kitchen which was a great size. Balcony off bedroom. The bed was very comfortable. The bedroom was a bit small as I only had a narrow space to walk around. PowerPoints were behind the bedhead which made it awkward to plug things in. Bathroom smallish but well appointed. The bathroom facilities were very nice. Overall we were very happy with our stay and have already booked again.

Hubby and I who are aged in our mid 60’s recently stayed at Meriton Suites, Church St, Parramatta for one night in a one bedroom suite.|As we were attending a show at the nearby Riverside Theatre, Meriton seemed a good option. ||As a member of the Meriton Eminence loyalty program, I have stayed is quite a few different Meriton properties in various locations and it always seems to provide very good accommodation and facilities. ||However, in terms of Meriton Church St, it was not without its problems and if I needed to rank Meriton Church St against the other Meriton properties I have stayed in, it would probably rank last. ||Firstly, the positives, and this is all about “location location”. It’s perfectly situated in the riverside area with lots of eateries surrounding it. Certainly, the location is brilliant especially if you are attending anything show at Riverside or the nearby football stadium, it’s literally a very short walk.||Now for the negatives. First of all, both the entrance to the hotel and the car park is located in a very small lane way (Dirabarri Lane) and good luck finding it. We drove past it three times before we found it, and this was mainly due to the heavy amount of building construction that is taking place at that location. So having finally found and navigated our way to the Meriton car park entrance which is right at the end of the lane, we were then faced by the steepest driveway I’ve ever seen to a car park. Guys, this was near completely vertical and in our our tiny little MX5 vehicle, this was a challenge, and that’s not even the mention to even access rhe steep ramp, you firstly have to push the button on the boom gate which was placed so high, it was beyond our reach from such a small car. At the top of the ramp, there’s a tight turn which found both hubby and myself muttering “holy moly”, ||Upon entering reception around lunch time, our room wasn’t ready, which was not a problem as they do advertise check in from 3pm which seems to be a standard thing these days. We got access to,our room around 2pm which was fine. So, entering the apartment, although it was spotlessly clean, it’s just seemed a bit “ho hum”. The layout was a bit odd. There was a balcony but instead of if facing the river as Inhad hoped, it was facing south west, so the view was nothing to write home about, consisting of a lot of construction sites more than anything. ||However, the bathroom was the tiniest bathroom I’ve ever been in, … literally ever, and only accommodating one speed on at a time. This was much smaller than any of the other Meriton bathrooms I had been in, but that wasn’t the biggest problem. Firstly, the glass partition in the shower extends a very long way meaning the physical walk in entrance to the shower is in fact extremely narrow. Lucky were “not big people”. |Again, not the biggest problem. I had a shower that afternoon before going to the show and noticed the water on the shower floor was not draining away properly or in the way it should meaning that when your shower is finished, your still ankle deep in water, and this was still there the next morning for my shower. It hadn’t drained away even during the night. So that wasn’t great and a clear design fault. ||The bed was comfy, no problems there. Strange position for the tv in the bedroom which was situated between the edge of the wardrobe and the bedroom door. With the bedroom door open, the right hand side of the tv was obscured behind the door. ||Overall a good stay, I’d definitely recommend it for the location, but, as I said, not without some issues.

Overall a good stay. The rooms were clean and in excellent condition and the location was very good.

The only fault was the service. I arrived at the check-in time with three people already in line. I wasn’t served for half an hour — perhaps consider putting more people at the reception desk during busy periods.

What an absolute disappointment. Booked a two bedroom for the weekend, stayed three nights. I was mortified by the professionalism of the staff when they refused to come party with me in my hotel room! Honestly though, everyone from Samir to Stanley, Susi to Josh, all the staff are absolute gems! Jesse has a smile that will melt your heart, Shiwani might have made me believe in true love for the first time. The staff here are exceptional and I'm all for it. Would highly recommend/10!

Not great so far. Booked and paid $900 for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom sky suite Level 27-36. Got here and was given 1 bedroom 1 bathroom on level 19. Walked down and told them..instead of apologising they were more concerned about if I used or touched anything in the incorrect room or not. I’m in my new room and although better, the main tv barely works (quality is shocking and the menu keeps popping up every 10 seconds. Annoying when I’m trying to watch something) , Netflix and YouTube also don’t work…and the main balcony door is on its last legs.
