One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. There were a myriad of issues plaguing our stay:
- 20% of the lights in the apartment did not work (bedroom and bathroom)
- Some power outlets were broken and not working
- All Blinds were broken and some had mold
- Most bedroom shutters were broken
- No wifi password provided even though the welcome letter said it was on the fridge
- No hairdryer was made available even though the room was advertised to have one
- Bubbling and Peeling paint
- Fan in the bathroom did not work or didn't exist

When the staff were called to deal with the issues they told us "we are busy at a 50th Birthday party and cannot be of assistance". Extremely rude!!

Should not be a 3 star hotel! I would give 0 stars if it were possible.

I'm here visiting my young daughter from England and I found this appartment to be ideal. I was on a budget and it offers everything I could ask for. Clean and tidy with all amenities. Beautiful sea view from my living room. Beds are very comfortable with lots of extra blankets etc as it's winter here now.||||On the booking it said no WIFI but you do get it Despite other reviews saying that it's not good it more than served basic purposes. You have a 4K TV in the living room and I could watch Prime and Netflix. Only once did the internet stop for a short time due to exceptional bad weather. I'd like to point out this year has been unusual with very cold weather and extra rain.||||There are good facilities like the shower, a washing machine and a dryer. On the kitchen a cooker and microwave, kettle etc. Decor is basic which is fine and the whole appartment is exceptionally clean tidy and has all I need. ||||My only comment would be someone needs to be in the office when you have emailed in advance to say your arriving. I had no phone to use as abroad and if I'd have had an email prior to tell me the passcode to entry safe to get my keys and welcome envelope it would have been better. Luckily I had a local family member could call the office. That was the only thing that I could say could be improved.||||I will definitely use again as I felt it was exceptional value and it's not easy with costs traveling from the UK. I feel very comfortable and grateful. ||||10/10

At the rate charged we didn't expect luxury. ||||Not so good - The room is dated. The bathroom is very small and includes shower, toilet and basin. The bed was small and uncomfortable. No air conditioning, wifi didn't work for us. No reception on arrival despite advertised hours. No toilet paper. The towels may have been clean but they had stains.||||Good - Flyscreens on all, and and dual blinds on most, windows. This allowed us to help regulate temperature in lieu of air conditioning. ||||Very good - Great view and access to beach and local shops. Pool was very nice and clean. These features made the stay worth it. Was allowed a late checkout, which was nice.

We stayed in 4b, wouldn't reccomend!! We have 2 small kids and there was no safe way of heating the apartment, we had to borrow the heater from my mums room next door. The washing machine didn't work, the dishwasher wouldn't come off being locked, the main room light didn't go and the toilet door wouldn't lock.....for $350 a night you would expect alot more!! This was all communicated to the managers and honestly, they didn't really care a whole lot. Don't stay here if you can help it!

We booked for my mom who needed a much needed break and although the view is fantastic, they would not let her cancel even though she got Covid. She pushed herself to get there and then on arrival there is construction all around the area across the street, so it’s noisy all day. There is no AC so can’t sleep at night as the bedroom is very hot. The couch is very small so can’t even rest on the lounge to enjoy the view. The TV didn’t work and NO Wi-Fi so couldn’t even watch something on an iPad. And to top it off the water pressure was terrible. And they charged an arm and a leg and make you practically clean the place yourself, even though you have to pay a massive cleaning fee with the booking. Rip off!

This place is our favourite getaway in Northern NSW. We actually try not and tell too many people about it - we want it all for ourselves,||||Yes, it might not be the most modern kid on the block and some units might need a little bit of an upgrade but the location is amazing. It brings you back to the holidays when you were younger - Beach, Pool, Park, BBQ and repeat. All of it within 1 minutes walk of your room. ||||Every day you can do the same thing but it is never the same. Where else can you walk 20 metres from your unit to swim in the beach, then when your finished come back and jump in the pool. The private grassed area is well maintained and the kids love it - all the kids whether they know each other or not all play together. The tables at the edge of the green space provide some of the best views to eat your dinner or enjoy a drink.||||The onsite managers (Mick and Tracey) are fantastic. Nothing is ever a problem and they try and make sure every part of your stay is great.||||If you are looking for 5 star rooms. This is not the place for you. So don't complain if you book and expected more. If you are looking for a 5 star location and memories that will last forever then this is the place.||||We have now been going back multiple times for the last 4 years. And we have no plans to stop. The kids love it, we love it - absolutely brilliant.

The units are located in the centre of town right on the beach. The IGA supermarket, coffee shops, bakery and bottle shop are right there across the road. There is a big lawn straight out the front then the beach only separated by a rock wall. A nice fresh sea breeze through the apartment and great coffee shops and restaurants a stones throw away. There is a good children's play ground next door. The building is a bit old but extremely comfortable and it has a pool if you don't like the surf. We stayed in a bottom apartment which had the benifit of direct access onto the grass beach front for the kids to run around.|It has onsite covered parking. The new manager was extremely helpful even when we locked ourselves out of the apartment for the 3rd time she was there to help with a friendly smile.

Fabulous place to stay, relax and enjoy the surroundings. Apartments were clean and homely. Only fault would be that its a family orientated place but our apartment had very uncomfortable lounge chairs. Great place to walk and explore the local shops, great skate park for the kids near by and the beach was amazing! The drive along the coast road to Ballina was lovely and plenty of places to stop and explore. We hope to get back to Lennox Head one day and stay at these apartments.
