I've visited this place a couple of times, some time apart. On both occasions they were very accommodating with preparing fresh sushi and salad, without cross contamination, for me with coeliac disease. They have food intolerance cards and this morning the young female that served me went the extra mile to assist and get fresh sushi made, even though it was getting really busy. I think her name was Amber. Couldn't have asked for better.

I've come to expect pretty mediocre sushi coming out of most places these days, especially shopping centre food courts.
Sushi Hub was a very pleasant surprise - delicious sushi, real tempura prawns (not just crumbed), the aburi scallops were SO good, rolls were fresh and served up at room temp, not icy cold.
Best sushi in town, loved it. I can't understand how this place isn't rated higher... maybe the competition is jumping in here and trying to drop their rating

A young lady called Amber served me today, with a warm and welcoming smile and persona. Food was relatively fresh but service was absolutely wonderful.

Flies always on the sushi in display cabinets have found 2 dead flies inside the actual sushi rolls and later that evening became sick, haven’t been back since, stop knocking Mayumis! Mayumis is consistent and has always delivered fresh food.
Was looking forward to sushi hub also being a great place but totally turned off.
Staff were rude when complaint was made didn’t give me my money back.

Beat sushi in Lismore. Tasty sushi rolls, very friendly staff, they are offering healthy food and good service. You probably will always see a long que during lunch time and weekends. But it’s worth waiting! Would be great to try more varieties of ingredients in future 😋
