Ordered takeaway burger meal, within five minutes on the road, found the meat pattie to be cold, not even warm. I suspect meat cooked earlier, set aside, not kept hot. This is conducive for bacteria.

Just bought a whopper with nothing on it but a patty and 3 small pieces of onion and some lettuce where’s the salad where’s the sauce? I rang the store 3 times and they just let it ring out. What the hell Lismore hungry jacks

Bloody awful! Evey time I've ordered a delivery from there, part of the order is either wrong or missing. There's no way to contact them so have to go out and go there, defeats the point of getting a delivery (which I'd do if I'm busy with kids bedtime routine so deciding not to cook myself dinner)
Staff there looking at me as if I'm saying something stupid, it takes forever to anything to get through to these kids to just give me the correct items

Mixed up experience. Each time I visit this place, I get a variety of customer service. Either good when ordering, crap service when trying to get food. This experience, 1 star for young lady at the window taking order, she was so patient, I was getting fustrated with the outdoor order menus, constantly changing, I know i need new glasses an hard to focus, but those dam boards changed so fast, and when your oder is being placed the other two boards go kinda blank with logo. Like wtf.. anyway, after moving along, I then get told to wait down stair, then be given wrong order, requiring a super tired walk ups stairs.. why I drive through to save time an effort often work. Only to be told, oh, we have to make your order again. Left with only the bottle of water they originally gave me after paying. Will be a very long time again before going back.

This is a 5 star restaurant. I have never had a better feed in my life. The cooks are absolute chefs! If I could swap a child for a bbq cheeseburger with 3x extra patty’s, I would in a heart beat. And wouldn’t regret it at all, I’d be ecstatic with my decision!

Tried to order, it wouldn't let me, saying it was closing in a few minutes... . Might wanna check ya facts there Google Maps, closes at 10pm, not 11pm....
Staff were great, burger was good 👍🏻
