Have experienced terrible customer service more than once (Not to mention some of staff members are amazing). While it says the closing time is 9:00 would usually close before and refuse to serve. Went to store and was said that there is no meat left, when I said I don’t want meat and only want vegetarian the answer was changed to we have packed everything although two other customers were being served. I can understand it was nearly closing time but I went for takeaway and not dine in either. If the staff doesn’t want to work I don’t think they should be there. Awful experience.

The staff are very friendly here and make your food really well. We don’t go to other Zambrero’s anymore as this location food and staff service is so much better

Every time I order here I get charged extra for something that is included as stated on the menu. I ordered a bowl & a big bowl vege option and was charged extra for lettuce when the menu says it comes with lettuce.
Stop playing profit games with people and serve them what they pay for.

Good healthy food. I've been getting the burrito bowl with everything. I just can't fault it. Fast service and reasonably priced. I'll drop again soon.

Zambreros is a consistently good and “healthy” (as healthy as fast food really gets) food chain. I have never had a problem with any of my experiences in the Lismore store. Staff are always lovely. Would love if they had delivery as an option or used DoorDash again.

The store seems to often have little logistical issues with stock but the staff are great at working around it. Portions are reasonable and service is quick. More generally, Zambreros is pretty good for its genre and is dependable with its open hours for availability.
