Ordered Mango shake, paid AUD 12. Came as white shake, no taste of mango, went back to counter, got green shaje paid another $2. Total
$ 14 got 3/4th full watery shake. So disappointing to receive such a bad product even after paying decent amount, a very unhappy customer, just ruined my mood..

I do like an honest and fair reviews but had to have a chuckle at some of the reviews here.
Wasn't busy when I ordered- service was fine- coffee/chai and food came out quickly. Chai was nice- more on the cinnamon side. Brekky burger was tasty and prices weren't too exorbitant for an airport.
Hot tip- don't wait for your flight to be boarding before ordering banana bread if you want it toasted.

Do not use the Order & Pay QR codes on the tables. You are meant to receive an SMS and collect your drinks and meal. I received a message for my drink order, but never for my meal. After over a minute wait, I asked the staff about where it was. It has been sitting on their counter for ages, getting cold. They claimed that they sent an SMS but that the internet is notoriously bad. Which is no excuse, if it is unreliable, do not use it. They said they called out my name but across a crowded terminal, they could not be heard.

I ordered a banana bread and requested that it's toasted. I told the cafe staff that I needed to leave as my plane was boarding. There was no sense of urgency (seeing as its a cafe in an airport departure section). I was told "we are toasting the bread as fast as we can and can not make the bread toast any faster". I repeated myself and requested for the bread and was given the same response. I opted to leave the banana bread just so I couldn't miss my flight. VERY PATHETIC SERVICE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO BETTER. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Older female was rude when asked a question, food was ok but not worth the price. bacon and egg roll for $12 had better 1's for half the price. Very long wait to actually get it was lucky the flight was delayed
