"Absolutely blown away by the incredible flavors at The Vintage Punjab Every single bite was a delight—from the best gol gappy I've ever had (even better than in Brisbane or Adelaide) to the rich and flavorful lamb and chicken curries. A wonderful “birthday lunch” for my wife & myself. The entrees were very good indeed and the mains were delightful. Chicken Madras for me, Tandoori platter for my wife, plus an excellent saffron rice. All washed down with a Kingfisher beer. The service was just impeccable, the young lady explained all the dishes we did not recognise and the wait times were minimal. We are going back for sure - great place!

Delicious authentic well presented food and great cocktails. Good range of drinks. Very accomodating for our group. Luxury experience with marble tables and the most delightfully set out menus.
This place is an absolute treasure in a great location. We will be back and look forward to trying everything on this menu.

Absolutely Terrible experience will not be back.
Chicken was dry and very little chicken on bones, coconut rice tasted like coconut cream pored through rice (disgusting).
Mind you Our order took 50mins after being told 20, was happy to wait however was told on the 50 min mark they gave our order to someone else, then I had to wait again only to receive another meal that wasn’t our order. After a long wait they worked out my order had sat on the bench the entire time. Not cool guys. Obviously the chicken was dry the packaging it came it was basically falling apart.

Beautiful Indian hub in Lismore city. My family of 14 stopped in without a booking and they were more than accomodating to fit us in. VERY authentic food, the nann was a 11/10, not too heavy or oily it was honestly perfect. Highly recommend if you don’t know where to go for dinner!

The food was beautiful, full flavoured and plenty of options. The young lady at front of house was very knowledgeable on all items on the menu and helped us make a few selections which where perfect!
A must try is the Pani Puri Golgappa.
The atmosphere was great, definitely worth trying!

We love The Vintage Punjab (formerly Cafe Saffron). We live a few towns over but will happily drive out for either take away or dine in meals. The new menu is great - old favourites and new dishes, too. We Just celebrated a family birthday there and left very full & very happy. Authentic Indian food with flavours you can't beat.
