Why an overall rating of two? Read on.

The good. Clean, modern room, well equipped. Very good sized shower in bathroom. Good, central location. Friendly staff.

The bad. Requested a quiet room, got one overlooking the busiest road in town. Tiled corridors, echoing and noisy.

The ugly. Guests returning at midnight then 2am, drunk and noisy, waking us up. Unacceptable. Ruined our stay.

Be aware of the positives and negatives when booking.

Location was fantastic. Room was spacious and quite roomy we had a hot tub room and it was very clean. Fresh towels daily and room was very clean. Beds were super comfy.|Great value for money.|Next to workers club which I would recommend for for a meal also.|Overall very happy great stay

Staff, room standard, cleanliness and so on all very good. The very loud talking of drunken people in echoing corridors at 2 and 3AM not. Also the ridiculously bright smoke alarm's flashing white LED strobe IMMEDIATELY ABOVE THE BED in the visitor's face is unbelievable! And no, it didn't flash every minute, it flashed every 10 seconds and lit up room 117. Completely unnecessary.

A spacious and relaxing stay in the sleepy town of Lismore. The room with the hot tub was booked and it was a great decision. The room and overall feel of the hotel was spacious and well-maintained, with nice views out onto the road from the balcony. Drinks from the manual minibar downstairs were excellently priced. Recommend for a stay!

Not bad for a low key motel in central Lismore. The room was spacious and clean and was cleaned and made daily. Spent a week in Lismore staying at this place for work. It’s next door to the local club and within a 5 minute walk to Woolies.

Very friendly and efficient staff and management. Obviously very experienced and professional. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I booked this motel because it had a Tesla destination charger which could accommodate our non Tesla vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall standard of the motel.

Stayed 3 nights for work. Have stayed in many Lismore hotels over recent years and this is the standout. ||Large comfortable room. Excellent aircon on hot summer nights, large tv that works, excellent wifi, great location next door to the recently reopened club. ||Excellent cleaning standard - well done cleaning ladies. Was spotless and all towels and consumables refreshed. Fridge, microwave, communal kitchen if you need it, excellent! ||Only criticism is the curtains don’t block out the very bright external hall lights, so bring an eye shade. Recommend blackout curtains get installed. ||That aside was very good!
