There was 7 of us that went there for breakfast, 2 people tried to order the pancakes but got told they ran out, then when we finally ordered we got told it may be a 45min wait for food. We waited and then when our food finally came, we gpt told there were no forks left. We had to wait a further 10 mins (while food went vold) for the dishwasher to finsh to get forks for our table. Everyone's poached eggs were fully cooked through (in attached picture) not runny at all. Extremely disappointing as that's usually the sauce.

My husband and I are staying at the accommodation next to the club and have popped into the Roasted Berry for breakfast. The coffee is good, the food is good and service was attentive.

I am absolutely surprised about the cafe making their own bread! The sourdough was delicious! I am an avid home baker who has a super deep appreciation for freshly made bread that isn't commercially made!

Thanks all! It was such a good way to start the day!

"rosemary salted scotch fillet... Relish". The sandwich arrived with a cold unseasoned steak and no relish of any kind. The only discernible seasoning was in the bread and butter under the salad. The chips, were hot and perfect. An Infra-red lamp might be a good idea. Some rosemary flavouring, salt and relish would have been nice. It was a wet Sunday with a psychic fair on. It would be a reasonable expectation that the, place would be packed. Another cook or two would have prevented 30 yo 40 minute waits.

My husband & I had breakfast at Roasted Berry. My husband ordered the avocado smash which he said was very good.

I ordered the Salmon Eggs Benedict. The eggs were hard boiled. I spoke to one of the staff who was very understanding when I explained that the eggs should not be hard boiled for an Eggs Benedict. My meal went back to kitchen, to replace eggs. New meal still had eggs hard boiled.

Could not eat the meal as the eggs need to be runny to make the sauce, for the meal to be enjoyable.

Very disappointed. Won’t be going back. Certainly didn’t get what we paid for.

Need to pick up their game especially with a Hotel on site.

I visited the club for an event on a Sunday; ordered twice on seperate occasions. First order was for a meal and second was for an iced chocolate in the afternoon.
The smashed avo was presented well and tasted good.
The iced chocolate order took long to receive and I needed to approach the counter and point out that it had been sitting there for some time. This was disappointing.
The cafe looks good, the set up is nice and comfortable and the menu is attractive also.

The food and cakes are basic but nice .
The service however was atrocious. The young girls give you filthy looks and asking them for anything is a chore met with further filthy looks. Makes one very uncomfortable and the cafe uninviting . There was one nicer young lady there Zoe . The rest left a lot to be desired

Service was just awful.
Coffee was just awful and cold.
Place really dirty and just plain grotty. We decided not to order any food based on the obvious lack of hygiene.
Young girls need a manager on site to guide and teach them as they have no idea about customer service or how to serve coffee, cake or anything.
How is this place still operating?
