Very dissapointing. Not local to the area but if the lady who made my cappuccino is the main barista, she's untrained as she has no idea how to stretch milk correctly. Worst cap in a long time. Sorry but if someone else had posted this I would have had myselfvto blame. Solution - train your staff.

Only had a toasted sandwich and a cold drink however the service was faultless.
The waitress was lovely, helpful and welcoming.
As a customer it was possibly the best service I've experienced for a long time.

Didnt get a chance to meet Sebastian, but the food and coffee was excellent snd the service was the best I have experienced, the staff was professional and so friendly

The staff were super friendly and genuine. The food was pretty good; nothing fancy, just classic dishes like Caesar salad and burgers. Very convenient and plenty of parking. Accessible toilets in the centre.

We are visiting Ballina and came across this wonderful little cafe in the shopping centre. The staff are so lovely and polite. The food got us to come back the next day, and staff remembered us from previous day! Highly recommend

I went to go here yesterday with my Mother in-law and two children. I have a newborn in a pram. I was told to sit with my pram not blocking the walkway, which is fair enough. As I was moving chairs to pop the pram out of the way. Two of the workers came out with food and were clearly annoyed I was in the way although there was room for them to walk around me.
I felt so uncomfortable that that I left.
Miserable and unwelcoming staff that should not be working in the service industry.
I went to coffee club and they were beyond polite and helpful to a Mother with two children.

Greeted with a fabulous smile from two wonderful staff. My first contact with the store was via a very professional young person who continued share her professional vibe with all the customers.
