I regularly go here to get my nails done and My eyebrows waxed. The staff are exceptional and I love that I can take a picture in of what I would like and they do it and if I have no idea Jess does some beautiful freehand work lol I find them reasonably priced and I have never had an issue with My nails only when I leave it too long between visiting. Have a fantastic Christmas ladies and I hope you are both having a good break.

When I tell u that this place is amazing it’s amazing i have gone here with my mum since i was like 4 years old and they have mastered my nails everytime and now eyebrows, Jess and Lin (that work there)we are friends with them and they are the most kindest and friendliest people I know so I 1000000000% recommend going here ( also it really quick to with an amazing result) 5 star

They are incredibly consistent, you get far more bang for you buck with every infill having a mini manicure. But people need to be realistic. If you have impact damage too a nail bed your nails will never be even and if you get something like like coffin nails in a few days they will be askew. That isn't the technician, it isn't because English isn't their first language, it is because you chose an unsuitable product for your hand

After waiting 30 mins for a pedicure because they only have 2 staff I was finally seen. The elderly lady who did my nail rushed and did a sloppy job. Constantly checking other customers telling them to wait. She then started rushing my pedicure and peeled too much of my nail bed causing me much pain and I'm on antibiotics now due to it. The same night 2 of my nails from shellac peeled off. Very unimpressed will not be going back. Get more staff and not rush your customers. I should get a refund truly.

Worst pedicure ever. The only positive thing about the experience was that the ladies were nice. I had to ask for my toenails to be cut. Then she didn't even file them. I'm from America and have had around 6 manicures and/or pedicures at different salons in the past 5 years when I've visited the Erina and Wyoming areas. Some of the salons were even dirty in Erina. All have given subpar services. Very disappointing. I paid $35 for a service that was worth $10, at best, at this business.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The lady was very rough while filing my nails and cutting my cuticles. When she was brushing my toe nails with a stiff brush it hurt and she didn’t let up. Then when she rubbed the grainy rub on my legs, she continued to do it with the hot stones. It felt horrible. I’m used to the stones with lotion, not hot rub with grain feeling like my skin was coming off. Never going back.

I got my toe nails done yesterday for 50$ with gel and my polished looks terrible never going their again would not recommend they even did the Wong shade of polish
