I had such a wonderful experience! I did the Sweat class in the hot yoga room with Ellen as the instructor, and finished off with the fire & ice circuit. I’m already looking forward to my next visit! From the moment I walked in, I felt a warm, welcoming presence. The space is absolutely beautiful! Every corner has been thoughtfully designed to create a calming and rejuvenating atmosphere.

Ellen’s Sweat class was definitely a challenge, but in the best way possible. The heat in the yoga room added an extra layer of intensity, and the class was such a great workout. Afterward, I did the fire & ice circuit, which included both a sauna and cold water bath. This was my first time trying an ice bath, and I was a bit nervous, but Matt (the owner) was there to guide me through my first plunge. I’m so grateful for his guidance, as his voice played in my head every time I went back in, which helped me push through each round. I felt so amazing afterward!—energized, rejuvenated, and refreshed.

The staff are incredibly friendly and supportive, and you can tell they genuinely care about your well-being. Shout out to Matt and Janae for creating such a beautiful place and a fantastic experience. I’ll be reshuffling my schedule so I can fit this into my routine! If you’re looking for a place to unwind, recharge, and push yourself, this is definitely the spot! Highly recommend, and I will definitely be back!

What an amazing place to reset and reconnect with yourself.
Do the Hot Abs & Glutes with if you want to feel a good burn and sweat it out, then finish with a sauna and ice bath to top it off.
The space has an unreal calming vibe and stunning aesthetic !!!!! Highly recommend 🙂

What can I say! Unwind has lived up to all expectation and exceeded! I just completed my first ‘Inch by inch’ session with Elle from (she was incredible) in the breathing room. It was absolutely fantastic in the heat to move my body through its range of motion and hear about what each movement was strengthening, stabilising or extending and gain more knowledge about it and how to use it in my gym sessions. Highly recommend! The decor is next level truly creating a space to go to unwind and can’t wait to head back and try the fire and ice room next!

Such an amazing space! It’s exactly what Penrith needed. Between the aesthetic looks, the fire & ice circuit, infrared classes 🥵 it really has it all!!
Feeling so refreshed and relaxed when walking out the doors.

The studio is absolutely breathtaking. Walking through each room feels like you’re already at peace and calm. I enjoyed a beautiful mobility class followed by a cold plunge and sauna, leaving feeling reenergised, relaxed and incredible. What an experience. Thank you Unwind ✨🤍

What a great spot to relax and connect. The sauna and cold plunges are so good. Walking in off high street it’s like a 5 star resort inside and the team is amazing thanks guys keen to try some hot yoga when this place finally opens!!
