dont buy a spar from aqua solutions we did and regret it badly spar become unusable after 12 months and col would not fix it he said we damaged it.. but it failed to be usable due to the spar skin peeling of and sticking to our own skin ..col would not give us any warranty...we have a spar we carnt use..noel bell

Purchased our Spa through Aqua Solutions and are absolutely thrilled with it.

We bought our spa - 5 person Miami - 5 years ago. Whenever we’ve had issues - be them large or small Cowan or Colin have been there for us. Cowan - the young fella who’ll answer the phone is always pleasant, polite and patient. He’s helped us over & over again. Never any trouble - they encourage you to ring them first before doing anything yourself. We abided by that and have an excellent relationship with them. I’d recommend them any day.

Mark Cusack's problem was caused by another service company. We did visit to offer advice however no one was home at the time arranged.
The damaged was caused by using a chemical against our recommendation and is not covered by warranty. He has been supplied replacement Jets as a display of goodwill from Oasis Spas. We have also offered advice over the phone. Aqua Solutions have conducted ourselves in a professional manner while dealing with this issue.

Sorry - but no 'aqua solutions' from this company. Bought an expensive pool cleaner, it stopped working, but is under warranty. I rang a few times with no response, dropped in to the premises and no one there. Got a message saying they don't provide warranty back up for that product and I have to follow it up myself. I'm calling that poor customer service. I don't understand how they can sell a product but don't back it up when it fails?

I would not recommend purchasing a spa off this Company. Their follow up Service is definitely not satisfactory. I needed help with rusting jets on a spa they sold us just over a year earlier and they refused to come and do a site visit and offer any help.

HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL ROUND. READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU USE THIS SERVICE! WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS! GO TO THE BALLINA POOL SHOP INSTEAD. My parents who own our house have been using Aquasolutions for the past 3-4 years that they have owned the house. We have consistently purchased chemicals off them. Myself and my partner now live at the property and it is being put up for sale. We needed chemicals for the pool and also for someone to come vacuum it. So I called aquasolutions and they assured me that the pool could be cleaned on Tuesday 3rd September as photos of the house were being taken on Wednesday(4th sep). I even had a call on Saturday from them asking for me to bring a water sample in and do the chemicals myself so that it would be done in time (which I did). Tuesday passed and no one had come to clean our pool. We didn’t get a call or anything. I constantly tried to call the pool shop before they closed at 4:30(even though it says they close at 5pm online.) and no answer. I called again early this morning (Wed 4th sep) to ask why our pool hadn’t been done and he told me that I was not a priority. He stated that Crowley was a big customer and that he was there all day and that also any regulars he had would also come before my job. I asked him why this was when he had committed 110% to doing it and he said “because you’re not a regular- if you were a regular I would have made time to do your pool”. I was baffled by this and told him that was ridiculous and that I always brought my chemicals from him and he said “I have no record of you buying anything from here”. I told him that this was absolutely horrible service and that he shouldn’t have said he would do something if he wouldn’t because I would have gone somewhere else. He laughed and mocked me the whole phone conversation (I have 2 people who were in the car with me who could hear him that can attest to this.). I then asked him if he was going to be coming today since he didn’t come yesterday and he said no way. I got frustrated and said were you ever going to call me or let me know any of this? Or were you just never going to show up? I told him he needs to communicate with customers and tell them these things. He laughed at me and sarcastically said “I’ll keep that in mind for next time, thanks for your assistance bye now” and hung up on me. He never called me to let me know he wasn’t coming and never intended to. I am absolutely disgusted at cols customer service and the business in general. You cannot blame a paying customer for your mistakes- own up to them. I will never use your company again. It’s funny that he told me he couldn’t make it to Ballina Heights to do the job today as well since I passed his car and saw him in Ballina heights at 10:30. If you need a pool service go to The Ballina Pool Shop, they saved us today! We have photos being taken of our house this afternoon and I told the Ballina pool shop what happened and they leant us a vacuum for FREE! And he said he just wanted to help us get out of the trouble we were put in by AQUASOLUTIONS-OASIS SPAS. Col 3 of your 5 star reviews on here are you giving them to yourself to reply to customers complaints. Don’t try and say any of this is not real because I have call receipts of me continuously trying to call you, witnesses of you speaking to me that way, my partner even came into the shop with me and witnesses of you committing to come to our house. I have dates and times of everything that happened because I was keeping my parents (the house owners and REGULAR CUSTOMERS) updated the entire time. They were disgusted as well. So you have lost yourself one of the REGULARS that you value so dearly. This service is not okay and I will be reporting you to fair trade as well for providing this kind of service. Don’t reply to me on here like you do to the other customers that have given you bad reviews, you have my number in your books and you are more than welcome to call me. This is not okay. You need to rethink how you treat customers because you will continue to lose them if you go on like this.
