LOVEEE. This is the 3rd time of me ordering their Iced Caramel Macchiato and their Chicken Caesar wrap through Uber. However, this time they ran out of the Chicken Caesar Wrap but the nice Lady quickly phone called me and asked me what i’d like to replace it with. I didn’t know what i wanted but she recommended the Chicken Avocado wrap Toasted and it was soo delicious. Thank you soo much 💗

I purchase one of the reusable cups from this place and didn’t notice that it actually was faulty. Went back to try and replace it and they said I couldn’t without a receipt. I came in before this without the cup and they said I could swap it without one, but then switched up on me once I brought it in. I was never offered or given a receipt when I bought the cup so this is really bad service !! Like what am I going to do with a cup I can’t even use! So ridiculous.

Update: my email was responded to, and they offered an exchange - unfortunately the same price/cup wasn’t available. But glad it was resolved. Thank you !

I’ve visited the Starbucks in Penrith Westfield several times, but unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. The service is incredibly slow, and the staff often seem unhappy and unmotivated. Despite always asking for an extra shot in my coffee, what I receive is often nothing more than weak, lightly flavored milk. It seems like the entire team needs retraining on how to make even their best-selling drinks properly.

For the price I’m paying, I expect a drink that reflects Starbucks’ usual standards of quality, not the lackluster product I keep getting. Definitely not worth it unless the store steps up its game.

Anyone who drinks coffee even occasionally can see what I’ve received in the images.

I ordered iced caffe mocha and ginger bread drink. Ginger bread drink was pathetic, high sugar drink and it tastes worst. Staff service was good but I personally didn’t liked the product which I ordered. Place where food item kept to display was also not tidy, it wasn’t cleaned as you can see in the picture. I hope star-buck will take my feedback in an professional manner and work on the flaws.

28/11/24 8.30am bought an iced mocha with no cream on almond milk x2

This had to be the worst coffee I have ever had in my life. I got the privilege to pay 17 bucks for a liquid you couldn't pay me to drink.

Coffee was burnt. Expecting a dark chocolate drink to be slightly bitter and also accepting a lack of sweetness with the cream it was still awful and my expectations were so low.

I've accidentally drunk the water I used to clean my paintbrushes and I would take that any day over another coffee from this place.

Went to get a Sunday arvo tea treat yesterday. Most of the food was stale and discounted. Store floor was very dirty. Chai frappe was nice. I have provided feedback in the past about this particular store 2 years ago. Looks like there has been no improvement.
