After a long sporting session I decided to indulge in some kfc. I was not expecting a lot from the chips due to last experiences lowering my expectations however I was absolutely gobsmacked at how delightfully scrumptious those chips were. oh my god. They were salted so perfectly whoever salted my chips I love you so much.

This is one of the best KFC stores I have been to. I have been to this store multiple times in drive thru. The staff are always polite and friendly. We have special orders and they always listen and the orders are correct. I am sure it’s not 100% perfect, however, it is by far the better KFC than Penrith.

Extremely disappointed with the service received at this KFC, staff manning the drive through appeared extremely disinterested whilst wearing AirPods and talking between bothering to serve anyone.

Ordered just a Zinger stacker burger by itself in which they informed me of a 4 minute wait, which I didn’t mind and just to drive in front of the store, I proceeded to park at the front of the store next to 3 other vehicles all waiting aswell.

I proceeded to wait in this spot for the next 20 minutes, in front of two staff members who stood out the front chatting to friends.

As I drove back around to the window to ask what was happening, the lady then tried to tell me she couldn’t find me and to then take the now cold burger..

Disappointing experience, management seemed very inexperienced and inept at managing staff.

It seems this branch is run by completely inexperienced staff. No-one seems to know what they (or their colleagues) are doing; the front counter is in chaos with a row of customers waiting. I ordered a few simple chicken pieces and found myself waiting for about 20 minutes. 🙁 I won't be coming here again.

Bad service. No ability to order over the counter - only through self-ordering screens which don’t work or I get to the end and the order doesn’t go through. KFC surely can’t only rely on internet based POS. Staff offered no help or assistance. Waste of my time.

Quite possibly the WORST Kentucky iv ever had in my entire life. This used to be excellent but now I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. The chicken was small, dry, overcooked, chewy, the chips were cold. The only positive was the popcorn chicken that I got for my daughter. Will NEVER get chicken from here again and will not be recommending it to anyone anytime soon.
To sum it up in one simple word !! Disgusting 🤮

After waiting 25 minutes in store for my order I was told they didn’t have the chicken for the burger and substituted it with what’s in the photo. What’s worse is that I was served by a manager who saw no issue with what I was given

The place was so neat. Friendly customer service. We ordered a burger online. Changed some options at the counter they helped us change the option served the burger as per our requirement.
Really, customer service was very friendly and helpful.
