The facilities at Emu Plains were unclean, unmaintained, and hard to use... no staff were attending to overflowing bins, rubbish at tables and on the floor

Rubbish EVERYWHERE... carpark, entryway... 2 managers walked straight past, with shirts not tucked into pants.

Order was wrong, chocolate shake was barely frozen, and the double cheeseburger was made wrong with the cheese in an incorrect order and completely changed the experience.
Just to name some of the issues.

Overall, there is much room for improvement... perhaps some better training, stronger management, and an alternative approach to the work that's required.
The staff have to want to be there!

What can I say...it's Macca's. Had to feed the rats a very quick dinner. Staff were efficient and friendly. Place was a mess - bins needed emptying, litter on the floor. That let it down for me. Otherwise it's just Macca's, like all the others.....reliable if anything.

They were very busy so took a while for our order to be ready but the man in charge noticed we were waiting for a while so sorted our orders out himself. Good customer service and food fairly fresh.

This is without doubt one of the worst McDonalds in operation. I ordered a filet-o-fish without tartare and while the slip shows it they caked it on instead. In addition the chips were half full, soggy and cold. This was a real surprise given the length of time it took to serve!

This is my local McDonald’s and I really wish it wasn’t. For some reason it’s more expensive than any of the stores on the other side of the river, the drive through orders are often wrong even when using the app and doing half their job for them, and the staff in store are rude or often don’t even acknowledge you at all, especially to the groms out on their push bikes on the weekend who I would wager are more than half of their weekend takings. Management need to go for a trip over to the Peachtree store to see what customer service looks like. At an average of $20 a meal your no longer the cheap alternative, time to start acting like you charge

Manager needs training - service astoundingly bad. 10 min wait for food in drive-through, only to be brought the wrong order. When the correct was brought, no sauce and fries were cold. When told the manager, she blurted something about understaffed. Not apologetic at all. Understaffed = underprepared for a chasing of this size. Avoid this Macca's

Absolutely filthy, I was willing to clean my table as none were cleaned , asked for a cloth. I was given attitude by staff members AND they gossip amongst themselves giving looks that would imply who do you think you are.
All their toilets were filthy , disgusting ,as my grandson needed to go to the loo . I went to the ladies it was too was disgustingly filthy.

The team leader needs to instruct his employees in general hygiene and cleanliness and remind his team they are there to provide a service
Don’t go there as it’s the dirtiest McDonalds I’ve ever been too

1 single slice of lettuce on my burger. Pathetic

Boy with black hair that was handing out food yesturday evening around 7pm was so rude. Seriously. We asked for two large cups with ice, and we were happy to pay for it. When we got to the window he handed us two small cups with ice. I asked him if he could give me two large cups and was happy to pay for it, he did not even let me finish speaking and replied with a big fat ‘ NO sorry WE DONT DO THAT. ‘ um yes you do because we come through and get it and no other staff member seems to have a problem with it. Your attitude is appalling, on top of this after he said this he slammed the window shut in our faces. You don’t deserve a job. Honestly that behaviour is unacceptable. We will never be coming here again.
