Such a beautiful location for brunch (and can’t imagine how nice it is at night with all of the lights on!)

Their menu is extensive - and I was lucky enough to try their Oreo range which is available this month. Chocolatey, decadent and the perfect desserts!

This was an amazing spot.

Part of it looks like a heritage Italian restaurant from the 1980s.
Also has a walking bridge which goes across the river.

We went for acai and it was a complete disappointment. They give you a pathetic, thin piece of nothing and charge you 20 dollars for it. They advertise like they're giving you your money's worth, but when it comes down to it, they're just trying to squeeze every penny out of you while giving you the bare minimum. To make it worse, they use frozen strawberries in their acai soft serve instead of fresh ones. They put very little topping sauce, and if you ask for any more, they charge you extra. This place just isn't good. I could've gotten way more from a small serving at a place that actually values its customers. If you're reading this, take your money elsewhere unless you want to be let down!

Great food, big portions, helpful staff.
Only complaint would be the wait time for the foods ( around 30mins on non busy day) but even that did not let me gave here less than 5 stars.

lovely atmosphere but very disappointed in the fact that when my eggs benny w smoked salmon came out it was cold, like it had been sitting there for half an hour.

The food is really good but the last time we went there on a quiet weekday morning service was very slow. So slow we were convinced it would have been quicker to order our meal to be delivered to our house via Uber Eats rather than wait for 40mins like we did. The ambient sound of the woodchipper devouring branches during most of that time did not help. It just wasn't a pleasant experience. But the food really is good.

We came in as a large group, with no one else in the room we were in. Had to ask 4 times for water - which we never received. Ordered Maple syrup with the waffles, waffles arrived and no maple syrup. Asked 3 seperate times and by the time we received it (and charged $5 for a small RAMEKIN) the ice cream had melted.

Other meals came out one by one over the next 20 minutes. Everything arrived cold. There were issues with each one but not one waitperson asked how it was or even checked if we received everything. Even when the plates were left fairly full - just cleared.

Only time we received some communication was when a staff member chased us out the the front (we were standing in the front entrance) saying we hadn't paid the bill - however us walking them back to the counter me showing we had someone paying(as they don't split bills) he just walked off.

It has been a bit of a tradition going for waffles on one of the kids birthdays (we were even joking that we have Facebook memories being there the last 3 years on this date) but we will go somewhere else.
