Staff were lovely. Was expecting a dated environment but there is no excuse in the cleaning standards. I would have loved to give a great review. Again, the staff appeared obliging and hospitable, the cleaning standards left a lot to be desired. I won’t attach photos, I’m sure they can improve the standards, it was a busy week for them.

This place is a little dated but the bathroom was recently renovated. Tea, milk and coffee provided and nice toiletries.

Great effort taken to make accessible room safe and comfortable. Pet friendly but room still very clean. Staff were very helpful about booking. Thoughtful amenities provided. Good parking.

The room we booked for 4 nights needed some maintenance but the bed was comfy and the kitchenette ideal for us. The “cubby house” bedroom desperately needs a ceiling fan as it was windowless. Another chair is needed for the table as there was only one! We enjoyed our visit to Broken Hill and met some nice travellers despite our room being pretty average.

The facility was old but that shouldn’t be an excuse for dirty. The kitchen was poorly equiped. The bed was like a banana with pillows that resembled marshmallows. The service was appalling; there was never anybody at reception when you needed assistance. When you asked for items like kitchen cutlery and dish clothes, they never materialised. We were charged for three nights but only stayed for two and told it was because we booked through Booking.com. Really!!! Run for your life.

terrible management, horrible to even talk to Carly, would not recommend staying here!!!!! dirty hygiene, manager is "never really available" and honestly said to us "its not my problem you sort it out..." with nearly every little thing we had, so so rude. ||worst stay EVER. please dont support this place, its also connected to the "Desert Sand Mottor Inn" SAME MANAGEMENT. too high of a price when me and my wife have stayed at places for $120! and they were perfect. never again.
