I don’t normally write reviews but felt compelled to write one for this business. There are a number of modalities from the requirements of athletes right through to those needing some restorative care and relaxation. For me it is the ice bath, sauna, compression boots and massage. The staff are awesome but I wanted to write a special shout out to Dee. Dee is highly competent, deeply knowledgeable and finds an ideal balance between being straightforward to tailor the service to your needs while being warm to create an ideal environment to get the most out of the treatments.

This is a great space accessible by being in the centre of town but quiet. I highly recommend Dee and her team while you are in Lennox Head.

Fantastic place, a wonderful sanctuary in Lennox Head to have an infrared sauna, ice bath, massage. Dee is so welcoming and a wonderful masseuse. Just a great way to recharge. We are so lucky to have this in our town. Highly recommend a visit.

I love the tranquil space at Sanctum. The ice bath and sauna are such a treat to have in the Main Street of Lennox and everything they offer is such a wow experience from picking the oils to leaving feeling completely reenergised from any treatment.
