Literally one of newy's best pubs because the Pizza restaurant is so fantastic.

The Ori has wonderful fantastic pizzas for everyone.

There are plenty of vegan pizzas options and pizzas that can be made vegan easily with no hassle.

I often get the Broccolini pizza with vegan cheeze and add char grilled eggplant.

I also love the Rosemary spud Pizza with vegan cheeze.

You can also get a vegan garlic dipping sauce. And vegan entrees like vegan herb and garlic, or sweet chilli cheese squares.

The bar is your typical Newy pub with local beers, wines and fantastic live music.

Great location near the city and Derby Street with excellent pubs and cafes nearby. I was in a room without a bathroom, but the shared bathrooms and toilets were kept really clean. The share kitchen has plenty of kitchenware and a huge fridge. Rooms were really clean and not too small. Staff were great. Ori pizzas were outstanding (best pizza in Newcastle was the consensus from multiple family members who live in Newcastle). Great place to stay.

Best pizza I’ve had in a while! Got the pumpkin one and caramelised onion one and it was delish. Would highly recommend coming here for pizzas! Atmosphere was nice inside, service was friendly too

I would happily stay here again, though perhaps not of a Friday or Saturday night. Comfy bed, clean, kitchen (no oven), hot water and plenty of toilets.
Great for solo trravellers.

$15 Margarita cocktails and $15 Margherita pizzas on Mondays. I got a pizza, regular and passionfruit margarita, pizza was delicious, both cocktails were good but passionfruit was really nice. Staff were nice. Pub area was quite busy but the bistro was better and fairly quiet for a meal

Clean, tidy, friendly, cheap, just a lovely place to stay in general. Great pizza for extra point!
