Spent a long weekend here . Overall was cosy and very central.

The manager on duty was great, made a great coffee for me each day:)

The lifts could use a clean daily as the same lilies were on the floor for the whole entire 5 days I was there .

Overall I had an enjoyable time . Room wasn’t cleaned over the time I was there.
Was very central to everything I needed .

Tiny room with the most strangely shaped and cramped bathroom I’ve seen. Fridge was very dirty on the outside (perhaps even moldy?). Rooms are not great. Nice to have breakfast included but the breakfast service was quite glum, in a dark restaurant with very few options. Staff were fantastic, very warm and welcoming, however for the quality of the accommodation itself we will gladly pay the premium to stay somewhere else next time.

Great location and the staff were quite pleasant. It's highly unfortunate that they have a clear shortage of staff. Your rooms will be lightly serviced on certain days (take that with a grain of salt). You will need to ask for fresh towels and other amenities because they may or may not get replenished.

One of the most comfortable prison cells I've slept in. Pillows were like pancakes and the matress was so hard I would have been better off sleeping on the floor. Bathroom looked like a mobile portaloo dumped in the corner of the room. Fridge is for asthetic purposes only! Drunk derro's roaming the hallways and waking everyone up in the early hours of the morning. Highlight of the stay was the toilet paper

A pretty average place to be honest. Needs something about it sorted. Not totally sure what. More staff? a vacuum cleaner? Paint brush? Refurbishment? No room servicing despite asking and hanging out sign. Very dated. Great front of house staff. But they can't save this. It's not up to Ibis standard. Sorry.

The bed was the best I've ever slept in and the front desk customer service was excellent - can't speak more highly of those two. However...the hair dryer decided to quit half way through drying my hair - thank goodness for the guy on reception who got me another. As well, there was no restaurant service despite menus in the lift. And the TV remote wouldn't turn off - i had to turn it off at the power point.

Terrible hotel. Josh the manager was lovely and helpful but the hotel was in terrible disrepair, falling apart with furniture splitting from being wet and stains on the walls. The cleaning was abysmal, smelly halls, filthy lift, dirty carpet. The bed sheets were clean and the bathroom sink but there was mould round the bathroom shower door. The fridge was missing the bars on the doors. There was terrible noise outside for hours of a night as it's a disreputable area now. I feel for the staff as they appeared nice but the place is incredibly understaffed and resourced. Even though it is a budget hotel you should be able to expect cleanliness.

Disgusting! Stay away. Mould in aircon vents rooms not cleaned and manager refused to refund without sending an email. Manager not on site and unable to be spoken to. Very concerning with 9 month old in room. Offered another room but was just a dirty. Do not know how this place has not been condemned. Other guest staying all complaining of same conditions. Not happy for $288 per night.

Firstly i see there are comments about the cleanliness of rooms dating back over 12 months including bed bugs.!!!!
Secondly i feel you saying i was aggressive to staff is a way out as he was apparently contacting you behind closed doors but would not allow me to discuss the poor conditions we endured with you as the hotel manager.
If you truly care about staff as a manager there should be a manager on-call 24-7 to resolve issues.
Finally the health of a young child being exposed to mould should be resolved not pushed under the carpet.
