When we arrived someone else had put their belongings in our apartment and gone out. The management finally came and removed them and we found out the cleaners had let them in to the wrong apartment. The manager was rude to me on the phone.|Beds were comfortable.|Need to improve their internal communication and PR. Wouldn't stay here again

If I could give this place a minus review I would. We got there someone else's stuff was in the room. We had to wait hours for it to get out. Then the next day we were told our stay could be extended by an hour there was no communication between the staff then the supervisor had the nerve to be rude and say the person we talked to in order to extend dosnt exist don't stay here better off camping on the beach! DONT STAY HERE!

absolutely filthy, we had a previous guest’s toenail clippings next to the couch cockroach were crawling out from everywhere, roof near the skylight looks like it’s been leaking. fridge made out refrigerated food go warm. floors disgusting.

Totally terrible experience from start to finish.

Firstly we arrive at 3pm to check in but had still not received any check in informing. My wife eventually had to call them only to be told they would send us the codes to check in we then wasted another 30mins before my wife again called them to be told they are waiting to hear if the cleaner has finished my wife by this time is becoming annoyed and said we are supposed to be able to check in at 3pm its now 3.56pm.

We wait again and finally at 4.23pm we receive our codes we move to the underground parking area to open the gate and the code doesn't work we then decided to just park outside and unload our car but yet again the foyer code doesn't work either by this time its 4.46pm, my wife phone yet again to be told those codes do work we then try them again and nothing they finally send us the right foyer code and we head up to our room on level 1 the first thing that greats us as we get out of the lift is the stench of rotten garbage that's sitting in bags out the front of the apartment next to us, trying not to dry heave we open the door to the biggest disappointment of all the apartment was disgusting nothing was cleaned it smelled just as bad as what was in the foyer next to us.

My wife again called the customer service centre only to be told its been cleaned there's nothing we can do. We go onto the bedroom and discover that our bed has bed bugs in it when we pull the sheets back you think at this stage nothing could get any worse until out son calls out to us and points out a syringe laying under the bed its at this time we left this terrible place we did call the customer service again and were told that we were lying and only wanted out money back. We then rent another apartment in Newcastle 100% better and cleaner.

Do yourselves a huge favour and give this place a big miss there's much better out there 😡😡😡😡😡

I would NOT RECOMMEND this place. |Room not ready for 3pm to check in, we had just driven 6 hours with 5 children, last thing we wanted was a room not ready 😫 Supervisor was rude and down right unprofessional about the room not being ready. Hardly would say the room was clean maybe if you're blind! Filthy foyer area and lifts have never been cleaned. |Full juice bottle stashed with rubbish in the second bedroom cupboard foul. The wind on the roof of the top floor felt like it was going to rip off through the night so noisy! |Overall disappointing place to stay.

I'll start with the bad.... The room my kids slept in stunk of cigarettes and my children found two cigarette butts under the bed. That's probably the most disgusting thing I've encountered when staying in paid accommodation.

One of the smoke alarms was hanging from the roof.

The location really suited me because I went to an event at Newcastle entertainment centre and it was less than a 5 minute walk.

The accommodation looked modern and was roomy.

We have nothing good to say about this disorganised place.

The worst place we have stayed in - ever!

We had a most terrible experience at this hotel, especially considering the mid-high price range.

Very unclean, dirty floors, utensils etc, cockroach 🪳 in bedroom and ensuite, bed-bugs, sooo noisy from the street we couldn't sleep. The different Codes for each zone we needed entry to, didn't even work for the reception area doorway, or our room upon return from dinner....grrr.

The place is miles from any good main eateries and we did not feel safe walking anywhere. We hated every minute there.

The so-called reception area is a single door with an intercom asking for a code to be entered to open the door - the one texted did not work.

We had to park in the street initially, and we needed different code to reach the undercover parking which is a shared tenant space, So no guaranteed parking, even though we paid extra $50 for 'allocated overnight parking' but it was already occupied by another car. 🤨

The management service didn't care - phone call number 5 to try to cancel our booking! Told no refund possible despite their advertising otherwise. We were so angry! 😒

We complained to the property manager, but they are just an answering service - there is no real person to assist you with any problems. So, no help whatsoever.

Never ever again!

You have been warned ⚠️ by us and all the other one star reviews. Believe them. Zero stars is what it really deserves.

Location for us was excellent. Found the apartment clean and comfy beds for one night. The pillows however were absolutely hard BIG and horrible to sleep on.
