Our Central to Hunter singers enjoyed a chorister’s special birthday. We had a lovely seniors meal including dessert and champagne which was enjoyed by all. A very special occasion, lovely staff, good food and excellent service. Thank you for a memorable day.Janice

Great pub, great food and great staff. Food is always freshly cooked. Staff go out of their way to make sure you're happy with your meal. You have to try their Momo's 10 out 10. A shout out to the kitchen staff and chef.

Had a luncheon with several friends and we found the menu to be very wide and the quality of the food excellent. Also lots of variety on the drinks side. Highly recommended to visit.

We had a fantastic steak, chips and salad and delicious creamy garlic prawns. The old style chocolate milkshakes were the best we have had anywhere! Followed by yummy apple crumble and vanilla ice cream. The staff were very friendly. Great atmosphere.

Had another great meal at the General Roberts Hotel, this time for lunch yesterday [Sunday].

Good service, lovely meal, in a lovely environment, what more can one ask for.

As a bonus, they take preparing meals for a Coeliac seriously as well, which is great.

Poor service at the resturant. How do you loose a booking for 30 people which was done 1 month ago. How do you loose a meal order, even when given a buzzer. How do get the wrong drink at the bar. Overall, very disappointed

Hubby and I popped in for a quick meal on Tuesday night, the service was good as was the meal sizes. Hubby had the lamb burger on the specials board and he enjoyed it saying it was tasty, the chips were great. I had the grilled salmon from the menu, the fish was a fine, however the creamy mash potato was horrible, it was the packet mash, not real potato.
We will be going back the the other pub in Regent St New Lambton where the meals are real food.

Food was very tasty and delicious. Could not fault it or the service. The only negative was that the dining room was very noisy and it was difficult to have a conversation because of the echoing noise
