I attended the Goo Goo Dolls concert at AIS Arena and was generally impressed with the venue. Good security, great space, great sound and lights. The concessions within the stadium was mediocre, which is why i have withheld 1 star from my rating. I wish there were more alcohol and food options at the concession stands. Overall great medium size venue for a concert!

Great venue. The venue is a bit outdated due to it's age. The arena is currently closed for events due to upgrades and is expected to open next year.
There is parking on site and reserved parking for accessible.
There are accessible toilets in the venue. There is a cafe which you can grab quick snacks from.

We attended the AIS Arena for Disney On Ice and had a fabulous time. Stadium itself is not huge, but is certainly serviceable.

There is takeaway food available inside the arena so take advantage of it.

Note the stairs down to the seating are steep so hang onto your children!

Always enjoyed a good concert/event here.
Bit scary on some of the higher up seats if you are trying to walk past people to get to your seat in the middle.
Toilets are usually mostly clean. Food from cafe is standard but served with a smile.
The best spot to view the stage depends entirely on how the stage is set up on the night. Can see moderately clear from all seats though.

Always good to go to live events.
Parking is not too far off and if you get there early enough can get a fairly close park.
