Such a nice experience at this nail salon, the ladies were incredibly friendly and accommodating as I brought my young child.
They were super helpful entertaining her too, to make sure I was able to get some services done.

I’ve been to Galaxy nails in Kings Meadows multiple times so far and my service with Rupi has been exceptional!! However, she was away the last time I went and there was a new lady there who i’ve never seen before. The new lady was quite rough on the prepping part and she was filing my cuticles and skin which was really painful. I was getting translucent dark red gel on my nails and it was coming out quite splotchy because of the uneven application. It was also being applied on my cuticle. I tried expressing my concern to the nail tech but she didn’t understand what i was saying which obviously wasn’t her fault, so she asked the other nail tech to help me out and she fixed it up quite well. I liked the look of my nails quite a lot. It’s been less than a week and the gel is already chipping off, so i’m quite disappointed with that considering the price of plain gel nails here is on the steeper end. If you visit galaxy nails, ask for Rupi because the amount of care and attention to detail she brings is incredible.

Recent service was terrible. Two new stagf were rude. Resulted in my requesting my nails be removed. So sad to leave this review as I loved visiting the girls.
