I kept seeing Parla pop up on my socials and the coffee and food looked amazing so I had to come try & Im glad I did. Greeted with a huge smile, I sat outside as today is a beautiful sunny day and ordered my coffee and the brunch bowl. The food was sublime, my taste buds were enjoying themselves so much that I got a chocolate chip cookie to go.

Excellent coffee (smooth and even with almond milk, it had the best flavour with no after taste). Enjoyed a delicious almond croissant (light, fluffy & crispy). Also had friendly service in a cute rustic industrial setting. Limited 1 hr parking out the front. Would recommend!

place: cool ambiance with a rustic touch. we stayed outside, wooden chairs and tables - just needs a liitle bit of cleanliness so it won't look like more of a garage

service: not bad. waiting time is reasonable.

food: we ordered japanese pancake, waffles and dirty chai. presentation is good, tasted good... could have been better. Now my issue here is not the food but the cutlery. As you can see in the last picture it has a smudge of something that looks like a dried peanut butter or a yolk definitely didn't use it as it looks gross and did not bother to ask for a new one as I know the staff are busy and I have a spare one on the table.

Everything can get so busy i know, just be mindful of these small things before serving it to customers or you might lose one. Remember: Clean kitchen and utensils = clean food 🙂

I come here a lot. It’s close for me, but aside from that, they have excellent coffee and the atmosphere is great - cool but approachable and laid back. Just what you want when you need a moment to yourself with a good coffee to enjoy!

Although I have not eaten a great deal here, what I have had was really surprisingly good. I’m not fussed on arancini but theirs were delicious and light. Their toasties exceptional and their baked goods (many still on my list to try) are just yum.

They make really good shortbread and Scottish tablet (you’ll have to find out!)

This looks like a derelict building, which actually gives it still so much more character… it’s charming and rustic interior, however, lets you relax in a way that more modern, sterile places don’t.

Their coffee is what I keep returning for however, because it virtually down the line gives me those aaaaaah moments, not the proximity!

This is really a special little cafe for anyone to convene or take that special moment for yourself in a busy day.

Very cool café and conveniently for us, just near to our accommodation.
Excellent coffee and muffins, and we really liked the chilled music and atmosphere. We will definitely return.

Another great experience @parlalaunceston.
We had a few appointments in Launceston today and started it with Breakfast at Parla. Brilliant!
I had the Turkish Eggs, Anita had the Burger stack. Magnificent Coffee too. Helpful and Happy Staff.
The Turkish Eggs were fantastic! As was The Burger Stack. Full of flavour. Andy and the team are all over it here. The food and coffee Always consistently Brilliant. I highly recommend this establishment. All the best Michael

Came here for brunch with my family, and it was pretty nice. The vibe of the cafe was quite unique. The food was also not too bad.

I ordered eggs on toast with extra bacon, I had asked for fried with the sunny side up but was disappointed with an overly cooked yolk. The sourdough was delicious, and the bacon was crispy. I also ordered an iced mocha, and it was good.

Overall, nice vibes and alright food.

Happy to find this cafe is well deserving of its excellent reviews. Well made coffee good beans (Villino), food looks and smells amazing...have to taste another day. Cool music and snappy interior/exterior. Located on a main road with pretty heavy noisy traffic, otherwise would be the ultimate in chill perfection.

P.s this space would also make for an excellent night space/bar with intimate live music gigs...
