If you're looking for great coffee in Hobart, stop searching — Hobart Coffee Roaster has you covered (and then some). From the moment you walk in, the staff greet you with such big smiles you'd think you just won the lottery. They're friendly, efficient, and make the whole experience feel easy and welcoming.

Now, the coffee... wow. It's so good I seriously considered asking if they offered a loyalty card — or better yet, a subscription service directly into my veins. The food is just as impressive, with a menu full of delicious options that actually make it hard to choose (a good problem to have). Prices are very reasonable, especially given the quality, and the central location is super handy.

All wrapped up in a warm, cozy atmosphere that makes you want to settle in and stay all day. Absolutely worth a visit — just don't blame me when you get hooked!

Second time we came in our trip. Coffee is excellent and the food spectacular with extremely friendly staff. Had the best French toast ever!

Perhaps the grilled chicken bagel is worth a pass. Everything else is flawless. 10/10

We just stopped by for a coffee here. Service was fast & courteous. Our flat whites came out looking good and presented well. Coffee had a robust, sharp flavour with good strength. Personally, I didn't enjoy the flavour but am unsure which beans they used on that day.

We popped in for a late lunch. Lovely welcoming staff as soon as we walked in the door. We chatted about their Cherry Cold Brew that was on the menu. Service was quick. Loved the gold teacup!

Incredible coffee. Probably the best coffee I have had anywhere.

The food was also pretty good but it can only get a 4 star as it was not on the same level as the coffee was.

But still great food. Recommend.

The chilli scrambled egg 🥹 super yummy! The spice was only mild so no worries at all, but that enhanced the flavour to the max! Flat white is nice tho
