A cozy and quiet place, unlike hostels, you can tell it's a shared house.

Approximately 5 minutes from a supermarket and downtown Deloraine.

During our stay, we felt right at home; the room was comfortable and clean.
The house is equipped with a washer, dryer, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dishwasher, oven, and everything we need for a pleasant stay.

Wi-Fi is included and parking is available.

The house is shared with Wayne, the owner. He's a reliable and kind person, but he doesn't talk much and values ​​tranquility and order.

Overall, I recommend this place for quiet couples and people looking to relax during their trip to Tasmania at an affordable price.

More of a B&B or Share-House. Cheap, clean, neat, tidy with a good bed and a good host - Wayne. Full kitchen and cooking facilities, shared lounge, bathroom and toilet. A little ways out of town center... Farmlet.
