It is a very ideal location with romantic and quite ambience all around. Water front with loads of dining options all around. Rooms were tidy, linens were clean, bathrooms were clean, and the view from the balcony was outstanding. Overall, it's worth staying at Ramada. Plenty of Parking (2 floors), a reasonable Gym and Cafe within the hotel.
The only thing that needs improvement was time to check in. I was calling them from early morning to request "if" they can arrange an early check in for me only by an hour or half an hour, but they did not help, though arranged me the room even 15min late than the actual check in time.....

Fantastic, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable suite. Great location, beautiful view. Salt bush bar and grill had excellent service and the food was good value for money. The only thing was the queen bed, there needs to be a king in such a nice suite, it was a comfortable bed just not big enough. Over all our 5 days was fantastic

Stayed here for one night when my plane was cancelled out of Ballina. Staff were friendly. Great location on the harbour. Pool, spa and Bbq area is great. Rooms have huge living spaces and would be good for a small family or if you were staying for a few nights and wanted to do your own cooking. I was highly impressed by the rooms and the staff.

This was such a beautiful experience overall. was super convenient to all the nearby shopping, restaurants, supermarkets and most importantly the waterside location offered amazing views.|Good gym ( well equipped and clean) and pool. Pool was always kept warm and we spent a lot of time there. Staff at reception were very welcome and always greeted us with smiles. |We look forward to staying again.

Stayed here as part of a working weekend away with my husband. The Riverview apartments are nice with everything you need. Views are great and it was so lovely to sit on the balcony watching the sun set in the afternoons. Such a convenient location with plenty of food options at your fingertips.

River rooms had perfect views of the sunset. Good sized rooms with a nice pool. Friendly staff. Vending machine available for a late snack. Most importantly, free parking available! It was a very relaxing stay.

The apartment (poolside suite) was very spacious, comfortable and well appointed. It had everything you could need for a short or long stay. The bathroom was huge with a separate toilet. Covered parking with easy access to the rooms was included in the room rate.||There are tvs in both the living area and the bedroom. The tv remote seemed to activate both tvs at the same time but they were on different channels so that was a bit distracting. The only way we could stop this happening was turning the bedroom tv off at the power.||The only disappointment was that we arrived late and had to leave early. I could have really been comfortable staying here much longer. Hopefully next time!

Large modern resort on the waterfront. I had a lovely room on the 6th floor (the highest) with nice water views. There is a big outdoor swimming pool. ||The room is modern and light and well maintained. There is a comfortable big bed. The bathroom is large with a spa bath and a seperate walk in shower. Every two guest rooms have their own laundry. ||There is a big screen TV with all the local channels and the various streaming apps. There is fast wifi throughout. ||The hotel does not have any restaurant so breakfast and all other meals need to be sourced outside. But the resort is a short walk to the main street where there are plenty of restaurants & close to the large RSL club. ||The staff are helpful and friendly. It is a very nice place to stay.
