My daughter was coming down from rockhampton my wife coming up from mid North Coast could not find accommodation anywhere the people at this motel went above and beyond helping us out and finding accommodation for them at there premises enjoyable stay amazing atmosphere We will return thank you so much for what you have done it was so appreciated

We were travelling late in the evening and pulled up at the 'Boardwalk' at about 8.45 pm. The office was closed and we though it looked like a very tidy place so we pulled out on to the street to try and find a number to call and see if we could get a room. Meanwhile a gentleman knocked on our door and mentioned he was the owner and to see if he could assist. We glady accepted the offer!
Service top notch! He popped milk into our room along with fresh toast for our morning breakfast.
Room was excellent, very clean well decorated with a separate toilet!
10/10! We'd gladly stay again!

The room was lovely. It is spacious, clean, brilliantly designed and furnished. Facilities are excellent, everything a weary traveller could want. The hosts go out of their way to make you welcome, and provide the simple breakfast that you need when travelling. The shower is also excellent.

Our family stopped in to break up our trip down the coast with little ones & couldn’t be more impressed with the accomodation & host Eric. Family room was spacious enough for the 3 little ones, very clean & modern. Continental breakfast was included in our stay. We left our daughters teddy in the room & Eric called not long after we left to say we left it & that he would put it in the post for us. Highly recommend!

What a treasure, seemingly unassuming motel until you enter your room. Beautifully decorated in soft grey, then instead of the usual block out curtains the windows dressed with shutters - truly delightful.
Our room was extremely roomy, larger than most , with a kitchenette, table & chairs and breakfast basket, best of all was the size of the bathroom, huge with a seperate toilet.
Even though right on a very busy corner the rooms were quiet, no traffic noise.
Eric & Lou were gracious hosts, nothing was a bother enduring our stay was all you could wish.

We discovered the Boardwalk Motel while visiting Ballina, what a wonderful experience! Eric was extremely helpful and very accommodating. Our room was in spotless condition, and had all the amenities you would ever need. The room price included a continental breakfast which was a lovely surprise. We would highly recommend this motel to anyone wanting to stay in Ballina.
