I love visiting Sanctum and always find the staff extremely professional, accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It’s always incredibly clean and so aesthetically beautiful inside. So sweet they offer you a collagen water or tea on arrival!! I drive an hour to travel to come here for appointments and more than happy to do that for the experience. Highly recommend!!!

edit: I had an appointment booked for skin needling and my appointment was cancelled due to a sick staff member, unfortunately I was unable to make a future booking due to travel, and the staff were so so helpful and kind to give me a refund although it was something I had booked and paid for a long time ago. Really grateful to the staff. Definitely plan on returning when I’m back and can’t wait for future sessions. Thanks ladies!

Beautiful people, everyone made me feel so comfortable! I did the vascular laser and it wasn’t too bad pain wise, they gave me a squishy ball to play with which was very considerate. They washed my face before the treatment and then applied sunscreen after which I’ve never had at another clinic before which I thought was so lovely. There’s parking spots out the front, it wasn’t as hard to find as I thought it was (I’m new to Launceston). All the staff I met were so lovely and knowledgeable! I already booked my next appointment and plan on making this my go to clinic 💜 thank you

I’ve been going to sanctum for years now. Holly is a lovely angel, I’ve always felt so comfortable with her! Very knowledgeable and have never felt pressured for additional services I wouldn’t want or need. I always recommend to friends and family. Love it, and beautiful building also!
