The king room I received was flawless and meticulously clean. The amenities were heaven and even the electric jug was clean as I've ever seen in a motel room. The ability to adjust room temperature was delightful (after various stays elsewhere that had terrible room temperatures and no way to adjust it) the tv and couch were heavenly luxuries also not common anymore in other accommodations. Everything from comfort, cleanliness, to respect and kindness was great.

The customer service was wonderful too as this was a last minute booking that the attendant didn't mind or treat us differently for.

Infinitely my favourite room at this hotel, will indeed return.

Parking provided and safe, lovely welcoming staff on arrival, room very clean and fridge supplied with extras. We had a room overlooking the road and the park. Great to have a wonderful view. I love the little things they provided. Because the road has a low muffled noise, they provide you with ear plugs to get a silent night's sleep. I personally liked a bit of noise in the background.
Lovely little shopping centre 5 minutes walk to the right and down the hill for any extra snacks or certain milk that you need.
The titanium bar is a great cosy place to have meals and the atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff are very accommodating for special dietary requirements. Would visit again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and tidy and well furnished. Great position for easy walk to shopping and a great park straight across the street. Although there is on site parking it is small bays and tricky to get in and out of, I personally didn't have an issue but did observe a few who did.

Friendly and warm welcome by helpful reception team. Info about bar, restaurant and room service on arrival. Location was perfect. Quiet part of town but close enough to walk to centre of Launceston. Parking easy and FREE for guests. Room design, space decor was modern, cosy. Hot showers in beautifully renovated bathrooms and heavenly scented toiletries. An exceptional hotel would definitely recommend.

It was a lovely small hotel, all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. I was so happy they upgraded me to a lovely big room with a bath. It was nice and quiet too. I had dinner there and it was very nice, can recommend the eye fillet steak and the tasmanian salmon.

The hotel is well located, within walking distance to the city centre & many attractions. They offer free Wi-Fi & carparking, there's an on-site restaurant bar, we enjoyed a couple of buffet breakfasts from here. Our Room with a King size bed and a huge bathroom were beautifully styled, spacious and clean. It was a nice touch to be in a room which lead out to a balcony overlooking the historic City Park.

Happy with the free parking, the daily cleaning service, the spacious unit, kitchen facilities, the bathroom was super fancy - especially the bath in the room. The whole unit seemed recently renovated. Conveniently located and within walking distance to most restaurants.

Stayed during AGFEST and the hotel was busy, reception was great in advising how busy they were and recommending to all who checked in to make a booking for the restaurant.

They do extend the breakfast hours during AGFEST to cater to the volume of guests that need to be on the road early and also provided a take away option.

I booked two rooms one for 3 nights which was my room and one for 1 night as an AccorPlus member both had welcome gifts of wine, water and chocolate however the 1 night room received the drink cards and the room upgrade.

The room was clean odd though it had a desk however no powerpoint on that side of the room. Sam at reception was lovely and brought me up an extension cord. They seemed surprised no power point and said the rooms we refurbished last year.

Dinner was nice the dumplings in the coconut broth were amazing and the beef cheek so tasty. Some of the team seemed new and at times overwhelmed with how busy the hotel was

Breakfast is basic, you can order poached eggs and fried eggs, you need to pay for barista coffee. The sweet section they cut everything up which seemed odd.

Location is great with city park across the road, go see the monkeys if you have time.

Parking is free and outside no undercover parking. It was very busy and some nights I got the last parking.
