Andre the owner and the staff, were very friendly and accommodating with an earlier check in. Room size was spacious and comfortable beds. Very well appointed kitchen and bathroom facilities. Robes were also available for use which is rare for a motel. Felt very safe and secure having the owner on site. Great hidden little gem!. Would happily stay again 🙂

This has been our third stay here. We love the location. Convenient, safe and quiet but not too far from town. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Would recommend it anytime! Price is reasonable too.

Rooms are clean and functional and kitchenette had everything needed to cook meals. Vending machine on site near pool area. Nice spot not far from everything and peaceful. This place has a friendly vibe, the owner is friendly and accommodating.

My husband and I spent 2 nights at the Ballina Palms Resort Motel. It was very clean and the room was comfortable and spacious. The kitchenette was very well equipped. It's location is convenient to the town centre. The owner/manager was friendly and helpful.

We always try to stay here when passing through Ballina. Highly recommendable hotel. We loved the contemporary room design. We were running late which was no problem for a later check in. We found the facilities were excellent, with everything provided for cooking and personal items. Very well appointed rooms. Nothing to fault.

Nice place, nothing special to expect as it is a motel. I think the 4.5 stars given in many websites are bit accurate. The place needs an upgrade as there were bits and pieces broken inside my room. Eg. The toilet paper holder
