My Fiancé and I recently had our engagement party there using the venue facilities.
So impressed with the team, the service, the food and the function room.

Dan and Sam made sure everything was well organized before hand. Lui and his crew looked after us fantastically on the night.
They made our night very special and genuinely seemed like they cared how our event went and wanted everyone to have a good time.

We had many dietary requirements and they catered for all of them with no problems at all. Made sure everyone ate well and the night ran so smoothly.

We didn’t really need any decorations because the team already had excellent decor. As well as a personalized sign for our engagement. The room was set up perfectly for what we wanted.

Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a stress free event in the future. Can’t talk this place up enough!

They were incredibly helpful, from helping us with the planning to ensuring the event ran smoothly. The venue itself is stunning, with beautiful views that added such a special touch to the occasion. The food and drinks were exceptional, and the atmosphere was exactly what we had hoped for. I couldn’t recommend The Boathouse more for anyone looking to host a memorable event. The Boathouse provided catering for our event on our own site and it was amazing. They were so professional and well organised. They arrived on site and set up in under 20minutes and the food presentation looked amazing! Their customer service was great and they cleaned up before they left so I didn't have to lift a finger and could focus all my attention on our guests. I highly recommend them!

Amazing coffee, food and atmosphere. However, in the past couple of months the service has been super slow. Have waited 15-30mins for a takeaway coffee and same with the table service! Seems to be a recent thing? Even on days that it doesn’t seem visibly busy, which is a little disappointing. Other than that it’s great.

Boathouse Coffee is all about Community. "Free" coffee on your birthday. International Women's Day "free"coffee for Women. But its not all about "the freebies".The dynamic duo Dan and Isaac who run the whole complex now, have always shown appreciation and respect for patrons.
During Covid they provided a much needed meeting place for many needing respite from the rigours of isolation.
And the Coffee is awesome !!
If you are interested there is the opportunity to learn more about coffee culture, try single origin, batch brew, cold press and many others, besides the usual offerings.
It has been 6 years now since I started going to Boathouse and a journey that I rate so highly from my very first "Mocha" order there .
Staff are chosen for their friendly, obliging attitudes and ability to deliver uncompromised customer service. The Baristas are experienced, professional and knowledgeable.
"Boathouse" has evolved into an icon within the culture demanded by Launceston coffee devotees.
