Can't begin to say how superb this place is! Gorgeously appointed house with full cooking amenities, big rooms, toilets for each room, largest living, dining, porch ever! Very isolated, very quiet, loads of wildlife, short hike to the beach, longer hike if you wish and all the peace you can dream of. And for once the photos you see are truly what you get!The only thing I regret is not staying longer! We had some heating issues the first day we were there. But they resolved it by the next day really quickly and efficiently! They had their handyman come out the first night and a licensed electrician came early the next morning! Do book this place early. They are often fully booked out during the peak months.

Beautiful view and peaceful setting. Watching the sunset was magical and the master suit was lovely and spacious.
The property needs a some TLC (dirty windows, lots of cobwebs in the outdoor eating area, dishes left in the dishwasher from previous guests).
Considering the price I expected a special touch (bottle of bubbles out local fudge on arrival) but overall a lovely place for a special occasion.

The experience of staying at the Beach House is one that neither my husband or I will ever forget, the location is beautiful and private, not to mention the incredible view, the accommodation is comfortable and modern and the host, Ben was more than happy to provide any services or assistance with anything required. I truly hope to get back to South Bruny again one day and stay at this amazing place.

The perfect getaway for our girls trip! Not even the drizzly weather and morning Hail could ruin the views. The House is modern, beautifully styled, warm and very private.
The beach is at your door step only a short walk away, but the views can also be enjoyed from the comfort of the living room, or master bedroom. We cant wait to return in the summer time!

This is the perfect place to check out from the rat race and explore Bruny, and South Bruny in particular. Our family enjoyed a wonderful long weekend and did not let some inclement weather stop us from getting out and about.

There is access to the lovely East Cloudy Bay track directly from the front door, and the massive living room and master bedroom feature unmatched views looking south over Cloudy Bay and out onto the Southern Ocean.

We were spoiled by the abundant wildlife and birdlife living just on the other side of the windows, and enjoyed the parade of Bennett's wallabies, pademelan and just about every Tasmanian bird that you can imagine passing by.

Even better, no matter the outside temperature or weather conditions, we were as warm as toast inside. This is the ideal location to unwind and get back to nature (in absolute comfort)!

Great location, incredible views, direct beach access, spacious, very comfortable accommodation. A great base to explore Bruny Island. Very attentive service and help at the end of a phone if needed

Ok stay disappointed that there was a list of cleaning tasks to do before you leave.considering the cost of our stay.and charged more money if not done. Couldn't believe the size of the TV compared to the wall it's on. No bath/spa.cracks and damage throughout building. 1 towel each for 2 nights.

Our annual Aus Day Ladies Weekend we had at this awesome place..
