Used to love this place for a pedicure however I got my toes done last week and the lady was in such a rush.
She also hacked at the said of my toenail a little too much which has caused an extremely painful, swollen and discoloured toe. I found out today I now have an ingrown toenail because of this pedicure! I’ve never had one prior to this incident and now I can wear closed shoes due to how bad my toe hurts!

Now you wouldn’t normally find me in a nail salon 💅…. I had a bad ingrown finger nail… Le fixed it in 5 seconds flat… Just dropped in she did it right away… So I thought 💭 maybe I’ll just go there to get my nails cut from now on… seriously I’ve always hated doing them… You like get a foot rub as well… It feels weird at first, the result are good 👍 so stuff it I’ll be going back..😂 Le’s awesome 🤩 makes you feel welcome 🤗 Oh she treats me like a bloke, just gets on with it…

The ladies at Sugar Nails are always 100% professional and are so warm and friendly.
Excellent value with quality product.
Nothing is ever too hard for them.
I always walk out having fantastic nails and having enjoyed my visit.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. So painful and she made my toes bleed! She wore dirty gloves and the massage was like torture - she has such long nails that they dug into the bottom of my foot and leg. Do not recommend!

Such an amazing place to relax. The girls are amazing and done a brilliant job. Being from Melbourne I wish we had the staff here with us. You girls made my daughter and myself look and feel fantastic. BREE is a must best personality and best at her job bree does it all thanks again. Will definitely come back when I'm back in Tassie

First I had a pedicure....
The staff were laughing and talked amongst themselves in another language as if there were no clients. I have no objection to people whose second language is English. It seemed to staff could have spoken in English, however chose not to. In my experience, there was no effort to make conversation or be polite. I could have gone to Eastlands if I wanted all the above.

The massage.....prior to booking , I contacted via messenger to confirm style of massage offered. The reply advised deep tissue massage....that was what I needed as I had been working in garden for days and was stiff and sore. When I was on the massage bed the massuse explained she is only trained in relaxation massage.....she was lovely and friendly and honest and gave me option to cancel, however as I was already on massage bed I just went with it. The massuse tried her best to give a deep tissue massage, which I appreciated.
