I found this massage place online after my previous favorite spot in Moonah closed down. My first experience was amazing, especially with the foot and body massage package that included hot stones. All my head, neck, and shoulder pain melted away, thanks to my wonderful and skilled therapist, Apple. The receptionist was also very friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place!

Just had a foot, neck and arm massage at Bamboo leaf massage in New Town.
It was so relaxing and refreshing.
I didn't realise how much tension there was in my body. This all melted away with the gentle rubbing by the masseuse.
I was asked if I wanted soft medium or firm. I asked for gentle to medium and so wasn't too firm. Tom the owner and the other girls in the store were so welcoming and kind. Thank you!

Vanessa I had an exceptional experience at Bamboo leaf massage! I would highly recommend Vanessa, she were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The ambiance is fantastic, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing. They will help to put on a headphone with relax music and the heating bed is awesome. The service was prompt, and the quality of full body oil massage exceeded my expectations. I got 50% off for the first time service and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Go elsewhere! Not good, so loud, dirty and untrained masseuse who did nothing of use. No way these consistent 5 star reviews are real. I went in thinking I was going to get a professional massage and I got a lady who just absent mindedly rubbed me with gloves on for an hour. The place is so aggressively loud in the shopping centre with no way of blocking the noise of screaming children and the local crack heads so they put their dirty headphones on you without asking for consent. I can't believe I got stinged $135 for this. So dissapointed.

In the past I've enjoyed the seated shoulder massage, but I had a 'whole body' massage today and was disappointed. Maybe the lady was tired? She wasn't overly skilled, the technique was messy, the pressure was too light even after asking for a firmer pressure and there was no flow. She didn't massage my thighs, feet, upper arms or hands.They also don't turn you over to massage other side of your body. A feel I've wasted $85 today.

I had an awesome massage here yesterday. They fit me in right away as a walk-in for a 30 minute massage. The staff were friendly and communicative but didn’t bother me with unnecessary questions while I was relaxing. The bed was heated, which made it really comfortable to lay on the bed with my back exposed. There was a really nice apple scent pumped into the room as well. The massage was a perfect mix of gentle massage to begin and a firmer massage to really tenderise my back. There was a really awesome and comfortable waiting room with couches that my partner sat at, while he waited for me to be finished. It only cost $21 after my private health rebate! I’m definitely coming back again. The only downside is the mall can be quite loud, with people talking outside, but the central location obviously makes up for this.
