I recently had my first massage appointment with Sophie. She was calm, warm and welcoming, and very open and happy to "custom-design" the massage to suit my particular needs and issues. The massage was wonderful. I felt super-relaxed afterwards, but the real benefits were felt the next day - it was as though something had shifted, and I just felt better in every way - both physically and emotionally. After the massage she suggested another practitioner who might be able to help with another issue I have, which was very much appreciated. Thank you so much, Sophie, I'll be back!

Heather and Sophie are really welcoming and made me feel super comfortable upon arrival.
The space they have created feels soothing and makes it really easy to relax.
I had an outstanding treatment with Heather. She has the perfect pressure, accuracy and checked in regularly throughout to make sure I was happy.

I found this business when researching someone for remedial massage and am very happy I did so. It was pleasant to make the appointment by phone then when i had to reschedule it was super easy with their online booking system. Heather was lovely, she had a knack of finding the places that need attention, is very knowledgeable and can put plenty of grunt in if need be. She even referred me on to a different practitioner who may be able to assist me further with my condition. My partner is now keen to use her services as well.

I had my first visit to this lovely practice in Huonville recently. Sophie was friendly and welcoming, but very professional in her approach. The room was warm and cosy and I never felt cold, even after the warm cleansing washer. Best of all, I received the firm, effective massage as requested! I will be back.

I have struggled with lower to mid back and neck pain for the past 4-5 years. I have tried just about everything from back adjustments to dry needling and nothing seemed to work.
