Phenomenal food and such a beautiful spot.

The pork belly was perfectly cooked and had such a rich and balanced flavour.

The house cider is the best I’ve tried.

Outside was just serene and a pleasure to be there. Staff were nice and really helpful.

I had the steak had hoped it would be a little more rare but yummy enough. My partner had the Parma would say that was good but not the best one ever. Really great atmosphere especially when sitting outside and would definitely be back to try more things on the menu. Great food, great vibe, very friendly staff.

While the spaghetti marinara was so nice, Shaved pork and Szechaun pickled cucumbers and hemp cream, and Five spice pork belly with pumpkin purée were sensational! The combination within each dish, taste and texture-wise, is perfect.

The Raspberry fizz mocktail with citrus foam was also pleasant. As a person who loves tangy over all-sweet drinks, this is perfect for me.

Was seated then waited 15 to 20 even for a drink order. Ordered steak well done...was told they don't do it well done She asked the chef and they said yes. It still came out pink....warm not hot.
Strange tasting peppercorn sauce, which tasted like blue cheese 🤔

Had to go and order our own drinks twice as nobody came. Had to go up to bar and order our own desert and when that was dropped off and she took dinner plates and asked how was it I mentioned the issue with my steak and she said she would tell the kitchen.

We asked for leftovers on a take away container which was never brought back. When we left and paid were asked how it was and I told her about my steak and she said sorry. No discount or free ( I didn't eat it) also had to ask for the leftovers of my sisters lunch.

When we got home and opened that her lunch wasn't in there but my yuk steak was.

Have left an email no response yet.

Forgot to mention was only 2 tables of people inside so don't know why we waited.

What a great place! We had a lovely meal here, excited to try some different dishes!
Service was prompt & attentive. First the Fried Ricotta Gnudi, were light & fluffy. Then I had the roast duck - delightfully paired with Raspberries & Hazelnut. Green leaf salad was devine - like it had just been picked. heaps of seating inside and out, highly recommended.

It's been a while since our last visit and we were all blown away by the whole experience! The menu and food was innovative, varied, delicious and perfectly prepared. The service was great and 4 of us were served and fed and out by 1.25hrs! Atmosphere was perfect - we sat in the Captain's Lounge and were closed enough to the buzz but separate enough for some quiet too. Really looking forward to our next visit and we won't leave it so long next time!! Grateful to have this as our 'local'!

Whilst visiting Huonville this is a must for dinner. The service was fantastic starting with a warm welcome to a cheery good bye as we left. The food was really good. We had a lamb shoulder to share which was huge!! Lots of local drinks on offer to accompany it all.

Friendly staff, nice setting and nice food. Had the small plates to share and they are plenty! Good choice of local wines and beers too. Could imagine how great it is for sunny day lunch!
