I started getting coffee here when Audrey opened in 2019. As soon as I walked in the door the staff were friendly and funny and the coffee was gooood! 👌🏻 Nothings changed in that time, the staff are still awesome and the coffee is still top notch!
These guys make you feel like family and I always enjoy going in to see them all for my daily brew!

Audrey’s isn’t just a coffee shop—it’s a lifestyle. The coffee is so good, I literally named my dog after it. Now, every time I call his name, I’m either summoning my dachshund or craving a flat white. It’s a confusing but delicious existence.

The coffee here is consistently excellent—smooth, rich, and made with the kind of care that suggests the baristas have a personal vendetta against bad espresso. I dip my croissants in my coffee like a Parisian (or just someone who refuses to let a single crumb go to waste), and Audrey’s never fails me. The balance of crispy, buttery pastry and perfectly brewed coffee is an elite experience.

Inviting atmosphere, really bustling in the morning. Service was good. Coffee was exceptional. We had a milk coffee, a black espresso coffee and a black batch coffee and the flavour profile across all three was really varied. Bacon and egg roll was small and simple but for $10, a bargain. Great spot close to Hobart for a specialty coffee. 10/10. Thanks guys.

Coffee was great, yummy batchie. The whole team was so friendly, even the baristas made the effort to smile at us. Good hospitality goes a long way. You can tell they care about consistency. Great selection of retail coffee too!

Was in Ronsy for the day on my holiday and stopped off in the morning for a coffee and a pastry, it was so good I came back for my second take away coffee and then again for a carrot and hummus sandwich for lunch!
